S .Syed Anwar Kabir (b.1960), Director, MBA, Syed Ammal

Engineering College, Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu, is a PhD in Psychology
with specialization in Business and Managerial Ethics from Jamia Millia Islamia,
New Delhi. He has had a brilliant record in research,
teaching, training consulting and academic administration
and coordination for over twenty-seven years. His areas
of interest in research, teaching, training and consulting
have been financial management, organization behaviour,
general management with particular reference to ethical
and moral excellence in management, business ethics,
corporate social responsibility, values in management,
intrinsic motivation, consciousness, stress management,
holistic developments of individuals, value education,
spirituality at work place and post-modernism. He has had
several publications in the areas of value based
management and business ethics. He has been invited to present papers in several
international conferences and seminars. He integrates transcendental world
philosophies and esoteric traditions like in Islam with modern scientific world-views
such as quantum mechanics and particle physics as they provide meaning and value
to human life and dignity with reference to individuals in society and business and
corporate world. He has vast experience in academic administration. He had a long

ardent lover of nature and his profession-related past-times include bird watching,
