for the project if the Joint effort between both
parties MOA- A & MOA-B as sign in the MOU on
19th March 2015 is successful.

proposed to Mr Jingqing, owner of
that a New Company is to be
opened in China to execute the project or future
many more coming projects including businesses and
projects not named above.
Party B members:
Project Mandates and partners, namely Ms Teow Kha
Kiang, Mr Wahab Bin M. Hameed Khan, Ms Chong Kit
Ming (Luwina) had proposed that the owner, Mr
JingQing (Party A) to agree in the terms of including
the three members from Party B be brought in the
new company for the project as Shareholders or
Directors of the new company for the project.
I, Mr Jingqing, bearer of Republic of China
Passport Number G33621124 agrees with the
above proposal as proposed by party B
members.
