RESOLUTION NO.1

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HONORABLE JOSE CARLOS L. CARI,REPRESENTATIVE, 5th DISTRICT
OF LEYTE, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF PHP 10,000.00 FOR THE COMPLETION OF
SCHOOL PERIMETER FENCE OF MARAO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, MARAO, INOPACAN, LEYTE.
WHEREAS, the GPTA Officials feel the need of the completion of perimeter fence of Marao Elementary
School for the safety and protection of the pupils/ school children and aside from that to deter persons from entering
the school premises during non-school days as well as to prevent stray animals from entering the school premises
that may cause destruction to the school vegetation and or beautification.
WHEREAS, the GPTA Officials find it difficult to accomplish this project for lack of funds however the
GPTA Officials is pessimistic that this project will be realized thru the help of generous high ranking government
official and in this case the Honorable Congressman Jose Carlos L. Cari. Attached herewith is a copy of the Program
of Work for reference and guidance.
NOW, THEREFORE, on mass motion of the GPTA Officials, be it
RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVED, to request Honorable Jose Carlos L. Cari, Representative, 5th
District of Leyte, financial assistance in the amount of Php 200,000.00 for the completion of school perimeter fence
of Marao Elementary School, Marao, Inopacan, Leyte.
CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HONORABLE CHARITO R. KUDERA,BRGY. CAPTAIN OF TAOTAON,
INOPACAN, LEYTE, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF PHP 15,000.00 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF COMPUTER TABLE AT TAOTAON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, TAOTAON,
INOPACAN, LEYTE.
WHEREAS, the GPTA Officials feel the need of the construction of computer table of Taotaon Elementary
School for the completion of E-classroom Batch 24 for the pupils benefit to become a computer literate and have a
hands on experience.
WHEREAS, the GPTA Officials find it difficult to accomplish this project for lack of funds however the
GPTA Officials is pessimistic that this project will be realized thru the help of generous Brgy officials. Attached
herewith is a copy of the Program of Work for reference and guidance.
NOW, THEREFORE, on mass motion of the GPTA Officials, be it
RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVED, to request Honorable CHARITO R. KUDERA, Brgy Captain of
Taotaon, Inopacan, Leyte, financial assistance in the amount of Php 15,000.00 for the construction of computer table
of Taotaon Elementary School, Taotaon, Inopacan, Leyte.
