FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS
SAP CML, Banking and Integration to PS Modules

The African Development Bank hereinafter referred to as The Bank intends to enter into Framework
Agreements with SAP Implementation Partners specialized in SAP Core Banking. The main objective is to
support the Banks in customization and stabilization of the SAP CML and SAP PS modules used in the
Bank.
The services included under the envisaged assignments will include mainly:
1. Operations Support which may include:
a. SAP Banking - Treasury systems;
b. SAP CML & PS Processes assessment and optimization;
2. Customization and Stabilization of SAP Loans Accounting and Loans Disbursement (CML)
modules with integration to SAP Project System (PS) module.
3. Development of new requirements based on the Banks specifications which will be tailored to SAP
Banking, CML and PS modules and may include:
a. SAP Banking Services
b. Custom development
c. Interfaces development
4. Training which may include customized and standard trainings in SAP Banking and CML modules
relevant to the Bank.
The SAP PS and CML modules are highly customized in the Bank because they were tailored to meet
the development banking business needs of the Bank which included project cycle management
processes with integration to loans accounting and loans disbursement modules.
The Bank now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested firms must
provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar
assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants
may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the
African Development Banks Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants (May 2008 Edition,
Revised July 2012), which is available on the Banks website at http://www.afdb.org.

Expressions of interest must be sent by email at the address below before Friday 28, March 2014 17:00
hours, Tunisia Local Time and mention Expression of Interest for SAP Core Banking.
