statutes with the clear objective of activity:

The company was founded in 1994 from the founders' desire Vasile and Lucica
Botuanu to start a business on their own. This business has developed into a
steady peace from a store in the food market Flticeni, continuing with the opening
of stores and a wholesale warehouse for the sale of food and non-food and
culminating in 2003 with the construction of a supermarket on an area of the
municipality.With the real estate investment company has constantly invested in
means of transport and a number of other assets while increasing its number of
employees from 2 to nearly 100 today.
Food and non-food warehouse is used both for own needs (supply own stores and
supermarkets in the municipality Flticeni) and their distribution to other companies
that sell food and non-food, and for individuals interested in purchasing products
directly from warehouse premises.

vehicles, agricultural and livestock products, textiles, wood materials, stationery

3. Warehousing

The company's activity is structured in various departments and offices as follows:

5. DISTRIBUTION STRATEGIES
