Application Form for Miss Jozi 2015 Beauty Pageant

We welcome all those between the ages of 16-25 to take part in an opportunity of a
lifetime to be the next Miss Jozi.
This application form consist of 4 pages

Qualifications
- All parts of the application must be submitted before the deadline date.
- Shall be of good character; possess charm, poise, and personality.
- Shall be an excellent representative and role model of Jozi.

Rules and Guidelines

1. The participant must agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set by O Events/TFTSA
2. All participants must be never married.
3. The deadline of entries will be 20 June, 2015.
4. Please notify the pageant organizers if you plan to withdraw from the competition before July 31th
2015. Understand that the amount of money you have paid will be forfeited completely and will not be
refunded for any reason. Any payment youve made cannot be transferred to any other contestant.
5. All competitors must be prepared to answer questions.
6. Make sure to bring the proper attire needed for the pageant. i.e. your initial outfit (casual outfit),
your formal wear outfit, swim wear.
7. One copy of your full body photo must be attached to application form that is submitted.
8. Bring your own jewelry, make-up, costumes, etc.
9. In order to participate, you must attend the MANDATORY dress rehearsal prior to the actual
pageant.
10. Participants must be between the ages of 16-25
11. Any incorrect information will result in disqualification whether discovered prior to, during, or after
the finals.
12. Participants must be ready and must report to the designated location at the stipulated time.
13. Latecomers will not be accepted. ** NO EXCEPTIONS ** (i.e. people who submit application late)

14. Participants or parents are not allowed to discuss or approach judges at any time.
15. Applicant must be a naturally born female in order to compete in the

Beauty

Pageant
16. Applicant must be currently living within the Gauteng province in order to
compete in the Beauty Pageant.
17. Applicant understands that the ENTRY FEE in the amount of R100.00
must be paid with the submission of the Beauty Pageant Application.
18. If the Applicant becomes a pageant title winner, she understands that the prize
will be transferred into her account 3 days after the pageant.
19. Legible handwriting is important. Please fill in your application form NEATLY.
20. Applicant understands that the judges' decisions and scoring are

final
and will not be changed. The names of the Beauty Pageant judges will NOT
be released.

The 1st Place winner of this event will receive R

8000.00 in cash, Vouchers from Pyramid Beauty
Spa for participating in Miss Jozi 2015 and
automatically enter Miss Africa. The 2nd Place
runner-up will receive R2500.00 in cash and the 3 rd
Place runner-up will receive R1500.00 in cash. Miss

Jozi will also receive a free Gym contract with Gym

Company for six months.
