~ Book of Empaths ~

Empathy is a gift. To those who know how to use this power are happy but those who dont
know how to use this power are sad. Those who dont know should always search for the
knowledge. They should always question and search and they will receive the answers. If they
ask, they will receive. If they seek, they will find. If they knock, the door will be opened to them.
May their life be filled with love and light.

Chapter I- Basic Knowledge of Human Body.

1. The human body is very mysterious. Very few knows all knowledge about the human body.
2. For our purpose. We will only touch the basic knowledge.

~ Parts of the human body ~


The human body has 2 parts. First one is the Physical body. Second one is the astral body. The
astral body is also called the soul. The soul is connected to the physical body using astral matrix.
The soul can move out from the physical body at will. When the soul moves out from the
physical body, the astral matrix gathers closely and creates astral cord.
The astral cord keeps the soul connected to the physical body. The astral cord can stretch to
infinite distance. When the soul moves out from the physical body and travels around. That is
called astral travel.

~ Parts of the soul ~


The soul has 3 layers. In the first layer, there are chakras, Koshas, Microcosmic orbit, Nadis, and
the five pranas. In the second layer of soul, there are the souls solar systems. The soul's solar
system is composed of intellect, sensation, emotions, desires, personality, soul point, body point,
the great I, and the subconscious. In the third layer, there are governor organs that control the
second and first layer of the soul.

Chapter II - Science of Empathy

Now is explained the science of Empathy. Empathy is the psychic power of feeling others
emotion. Those who have this power are two types: Empaths and highly sensitive persons. Those
who can sense others emotion without the person's knowledge is an empath. Otherwise, he is a
highly sensitive person.

Emotions are two types: painful and non-painful. These are happiness, sadness, love, hate,
jealousy, pride, joy, cheerful, depression, and pain.

1. Happiness is when the person is satisfied


2. Sadness is when the person is not satisfied
3. When a person cares about someone that is love
4. Hate and jealousy is created by the urge to hurt someone
5. Pride is looking down on others
6. When the person is confused and angry, depression and pain is created.

An empath's state of mind and health depends on the type of emotions he feels. Others' emotions
are controlled through practice. Effort made to block and control others emotion is practice. That
dutifully performed over a long period, confirms the ground practicing the methods everyday
bears results. It does not matter how long, Even 2 minutes a day will be enough. The heart chakra
is the source of empathy. Empathy is gained at birth, accidentally or though practice. Those who
are empaths, have an active and more powerful heart chakra.

7, 4, 3, 11 are called empaths numbers. An empath have any one of those in their birthday, life
path and other related to numerology. With energetic effort, control over empathy is quickly
gained. The practitioners re two types, Mild, Medium, intense.

Chapter III - Practice of Empathy

Taking time every day for minimum time to practice the methods. The basic methods are the
foundation of practice of empathy. The basic methods help to gain control over the powers of
empathy and lessen the problems. The problems are overwhelmed with others emotion, losing
health. Lack of control and the inability to develop the powers of empathy is cause of the
sorrows. The sorrows can send a empath's life into depression. Sorrows are followed by
relationship problems. Hating one's lover follows after that. They can be cured by having full
control over empathy.

Through the practice of basic methods, the person gets ready to master the power of empathy.
Relaxation position, deep breathing, thought observing, not giving to thoughts, holding a single
thought, creating a vacancy of the mind are the basic methods.

That position which claims the body and gives rest to the body parts is the relaxation position. It
can be lying on the bed, sitting cross-legged, sitting on a chair, or anything that feels
comfortable. Doing the chosen relaxation position, one should rest the whole body slowly.
Starting from the legs, to the hands, to the tummy, to the head. When the body becomes relaxed,
it gets ready for deep breathing.
Inhaling the air slowly and exhaling the air slowly is deep breathing. Relaxing the body, one
should slowly inhale air and exhale. One must not strain but focus on letting go and cleaving
relaxation. Soon the body becomes very calm and the mind loses its worries. That is when the
mind gets ready for the thought control exercises.

Observing one's own thoughts is called thought observation. Closing the eyes, one should
observe the train of thoughts for five minutes, trying to retain it. At first the thoughts will come
rushing to the practitioner. But with practice soon he will be able to observe the thoughts clearly.
Again one should not force or strain. Starting with 30 second, the time should be increased
everyday until one can observe thoughts for 5 minutes.

With the thoughts observation mastered, the mind becomes ready for not giving to thoughts. Not
giving way in the mind to thoughts obtruding themselves on mind, unwanted and obstinate is not
giving to the thoughts. One should practice putting aside the negative thoughts. Due to its

difficulty, one should practice for 2 seconds and gradually build up the power. With practice,
soon not giving to thoughts is mastered. The mind becomes ready for holding into thoughts.

Holding a thought for a period of time is called holding into thoughts. Relaxing the whole body,
one should choose a thought to hold. Thoughts favoring happiness, love, kindness should be
chosen. At first for 1 minutes then gradually increase it to 5 minutes. With the holding into
thoughts will be mastered and mind will be ready for creating a vacancy of the mind.

Relaxing the body and closing the eyes, One should dismiss any thought coming upon on the
mind .
At first for 20 sec then gradually increase it to 2 minutes. The basic method does not need to be
perfect to begin but one should have some little mastery over those. The basic methods can be
performed one by one until the previous one is mastered, or all the methods can be practiced at
the same time. One must be able to spend at least 2 minutes every day for the exercises. With
getting some skill in the basic exercises, the mind becomes ready to use the powers of empathy.

Chapter IV - The Powers of Emapthy

Seeing 11:11 means going through the spiritual awakening. The basic power of empathy lies in
feeling. The empath can feel anything. Based on that the powers of empathy are two types
blocking and reading. Blocking negative energy, others emotions belongs to blocking. Reading
contains reading auras, reading someone's life, someone's future, the energy of a place, spirits ,
spirit marks. Using a shield is the basic of the blocking power of empathy. Clearing the mind
from thoughts, one should visualize a bubble around the body and hold the thought of bubble.

The second blocking method is cutting the cords. Clearing the mind, one should Imagine cords
are connected to from the person to him then visualizing a knife, the cords should be cut.

The third blocking method is grounding. Clearing the mind, one should visualize a cord coming
out from his back and connecting to the ground. Then one should visualize that the thoughts are
moving from his body and going to though the ground though the cord. Or one can just visualize
the emotions are moving though his body then toward the legs and finally to the ground.

Reading using empathy comes after blocking. An empaths feeling power is the basic of reading
abilities. Clearing the mind, one should see or imagine the object of reading in the minds eye.
The image should be hold in the minds eye. Now command to gain the desired information
should be given. The command is given by wanting to know feeling. The result will come in
from of feelings. One should notice the feelings that are coming while doing the process. Those
feelings are the result of the reading.

For reading a person, the image of the person's picture should be used. Giving command to know
the person's aura should be given to know the aura color. Holding the image of the place and
giving command to feel its energy will reveal the details of energy of that place. One should hold
the image of that person and give the command to know the future to see the future of that
person.

At first success will come little by little. But with practice soon, the mastery over the powers of
empathy will be achieved.

Chapter V - Happiness of Being An Empath

To majority, Empathy is viewed as a curse. The lack of knowledge of empathy is the cause of
this. With the mastery over the powers of empathy all the problems and sorrows related to
empathy is cured. Then the person sees empathy as a gift. With the sorrows eliminated, love and
light fills the empath's life. Lastly, the empath enjoys the happiness of being an empath and
God's gift to him.
