Tenders were called for construction of Panel Room in Kebithigollewa Water Supply Scheme on 29th
April, 2015 by publishing open invitation in newspapers.

Arithmetic Corrections

At the financial evaluation we have considered the quoted amounts without contingencies and VAT
of all substantially responsive bids. The detailed evaluation is given below.

Samantha Construction has submitted the lowest substantially responsive offer for a sum of
Rs. 819,780.00 .No Arithmetic errors were found in his offer.
3.1.2: 2nd Lowest substantially responsive offer
Sunrise Construction has submitted the 2nd lowest substantially responsive offer for a sum of
Rs. 954,670.12. No Arithmetic errors were found in his offer.
3.1.2: 3rd Lowest substantially responsive offer
Paradise Construction has submitted the 3 rd lowest substantially responsive offer for a sum

awarding the contract the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bidder, Samantha
