INFERENCES1. The structure of the RFP was concise and accurate and can be used
2. The selection of quality cum cost basis with a distribution of 80% and
20% for technical bid and financial bid respectively can be used in the
RFP for Janpath metro station as this allows a more flexibility in
determining the appropriate consultant keeping varied qualifications
into consideration
