consultec group
History
Consultec Group is a Mauritius based
rm which was founded in 2004 by
Dominique A. Bchard. A great level
of dynamism and vision has led the
companys fast expansion. Encouraged
by the loyalty of its clients, the Group
has diversied its activities and currently has 5 business units which each
contribute to offer multidisciplinary
engineering solutions. In order to
service the demand for outsourced
engineering services, Consultec opened
its Paris ofce in 2007 to move closer
to its European clients. In this logic,
Consultec also appointed a representative in Germany and recently opened
a new branch in South Africa.

We offer laser scanning and surveying
services worldwide. Laser scanning
complements or replaces conventional
surveying methods providing quick and
accurate capture of industrial plants
contributing to the reduction of costs
and optimisation of time.
Our laser scanning equipment allows
acquisition of site information in
the form of point clouds which are
then used by our team of specialised
technicians to create intelligent pdms
3d models by using a unique
methodology developed in house.
This hi-tech solution allows to recreate
a complete virtual but accurate image
of a plant for which there is no drawing
or information at all. This solution
especially applies to plant revamping
and delocalisation.
