physical condition of vessels weather deck and cargo compartments, etc.and to inspect all fuel oil and
diesel oil tanks and calculate the quantity of bunker remaining on board

at the time vessel was redelivered from Messrs. UNITED BULK CARRIERS S.A. - Luxembourg,
as charterers, to Messrs. CARGILL INTERNATIONAL SA, as owners, on DOSLP Praia Mole
PS, Brazil, on October 30th, 2014 at 16:00 hrs. LT (18:00 UTC), as per terms, conditions,
provisions and exceptions of the governing Charter-Party.

ASCERTAINMENTS
After a carefully visual inspection of vessels installations, equipment, etc., the following was
ascertained:
WEATHER DECK
Fore Castle Deck:
As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e.,
except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the same
condition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A.
Main Deck to Port Side:
As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e.,
except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the same
condition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A.
Main Deck to Starboard Side:
As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e.,
except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the same
condition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A.
Poop Deck:
As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e.,
except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the same
condition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A.

Valeriy Zakharko, the Chief Mate in attendance. Master has stated that NO DAMAGED

DETERMINATION OF QUANTITIES OF HEAVY FUEL AND DIESEL OIL:


This bunker survey was carried out, on October 26th, 2014, together with Mr. Nikolay Gurguldaev, Chief Engineer of
M/V "GENESIS", that sign off on October 27th, 2014.
After having taken temperature and soundings of all bunker tanks, compared same with the tank calibration scales, the following
calculations were made together with the vessels chief engineer in attendance:
