VIA CERTIFIED MAIL NO. 7009 2820 0001 0567 0474

The Honorable Brian E. Corley

Supervisor of Elections
P.O. Box 300
Dade City, FL 33526-9924

Dear Mr. Corley,

This is in response to your letter, saying that I have requested an administrative hearing [115983654] to
present evidence of my eligibility to vote.

What I request is what I have been requesting since I was a minor child; namely: criminal prosecution
to provide evidence against those who have attacked my family and me, including as a minor child, as
well as against those who help them escape justice, including against you, yourself, if you fail to
respond lawfully to the entirety of my correspondence to you. The facts are sufficient to warrant
prosecution; due process regarding the aforesaid matters must happen first, before any other matter is
considered.

First things first: commencing and continuing contiguously from at least as far back as September 11,
1986, when I was just six years old, the governing bodies of these United States of America, top to
bottom, across the board, federal, state, local, are inescapably in breach of contract, with lethal,
genocidal consequences, against my grandparents Ruth Elvada Denniston Blevins (1923-1997) and
Robert Frank Blevins (1925- ) and theirs, which includes me, Josiah Robert Fornof.

This is to put you on notice, Mr. Corley, that I, my family and I, to a person, have long since fled to the
wall with regard to all of the above and all related to the above, constituting the unlawful aggression,
genocide, against us by the inescapably-in-breach-of-contract governing bodies of these United States,
top to bottom, across the board, federal, state, local. You are responsible for knowing what the
aforesaid means; for reader courtesy, I include the following, from Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth
Edition (1991):

Flee to the wall. A metaphorical expression, used in connection with homicide done in self-
defense, signifying the exhaustion of every possible means of escape, or of averting the assault,
before killing the assailant.

I cannot cooperate with such lawlessness as has been and continues to be brought to bear upon my
family and me: the law – the real law, and ruling out color of law – says I have the right to bear arms
against such unlawful entities that are coming against me unlawfully, lethally, genocidally.

As an oath-bound elected public official, how will you help me and my family with regard to all the
aforesaid? Please clarify this for me in detail, and in writing.

Sincerely,

Josiah R. Fornof
