specific form of a RAM is the RACI Matrix, shown below, which provides a comprehensive
list of project Service Deliverables and associated Milestones that will be produced within

consultative, and informed.

R - Responsible, implying the main responsibility in doing/delivering effort and skill.
A - Accountable, implying management (overrides R when both are implied).
