Account Manager
• Manage Bank of America consumer credit cards and make outbound calls to those who are currently in the
delinquent status
• Work with customers to understand their financial needs and process necessary documents for payment programs for
customers and bring them up to date
• Follow the Six Sigma rule and engage customers to find out the aspects of the financial situation and follow Bank of
America’s pillars: Know, Care and Act for the customer.
• Make over 180 outbound calls to customers and ensure each customer is aware of their financial situation
and what they can do to improve their credit with the company going forward
• Received bonuses for outstanding work in the department and hitting goal on the monthly productivity
matrix
• Operated camera and audio for General Assembly session meetings during the winter short session
• Operated camera for live interviews with government officials which were fed directly to large news networks such as
CNN
• Produced and directed daily newscasts and other political affair shows that were sent to local PBS stations
• Assisted the production team during Governor Tim Kaine’s Address to the Commonwealth in fall 2008
• Assisted in the creation and design of the opening ceremony for the parks newest rollercoaster, Dominator
• Served as the media liaison between Kings Dominion and news outlets in surrounding counties and assisted customers with
any park inquiries or complaints
• Managed a staff of 10 in the Marketing Research Department and helped them conduct research of park guests and find out
what changes could be made within the park to increase guest satisfaction
• Facilitated Give Kids the World program which gave terminally ill children the opportunity to visit the park with their
family
free of charge
• Wrote press releases for media outlets about upcoming concerts, events and special appearances
• Assisted in scheduling appearances of performers or special guests for concerts or special events held in the park
