General Information
Check-in and Camp Registration:
Check-in and registration for all campers will begin at 12:30PM will be held on the first day of
camp at Lambeth Field Apartments. Lambeth Dorm is located on Central Grounds on Emmett
Street (Between Cavalier Inn-Best Western and the John Paul Jones Arena). The address has no
physical number because the only site located on Lambeth lane is the apartment complex itself.

Housing and Room Keys:
Boarding Campers will be issued and sign for room keys and dining cards at registration. A $20
deposit is required at registration and will be refunded at checkout, if key is returned. The
University charges $250 to replace lost keys! Lost keys will result in the loss of your $20
deposit, plus, you will be billed for the remaining amount if key is not returned.
No deposit is required for commuters.
Roommates:
Roommate requests will be honored if we are notified in advance. Otherwise, you will be
assigned a roommate based upon age, teammate, etc.
Supervision:
Wrestling Camps at Virginia LLC staff and counselors will supervise campers. Campers will not
be permitted to travel anywhere without Supervision! Inappropriate behavior will not be
tolerated, and may be grounds for dismissal from camp without refund.
Linens:
You must bring your own sheets, blankets or sleeping bag and pillow. You may also wish to
bring an alarm clock.
Meals:
Campers will be provided with unlimited helpings of fresh, catered cuisine. All meals will be
served in Onesty Hall. The dining hall is located adjacent to the Wrestling Facility. Appropriate
clothing (clean shirt with sleeves, shorts or pants, and shoes), as well as appropriate behavior is
expected from every camper at every meal.

Campers must attend all sessions, unless otherwise excused by a trainer or camp director. Attendance will
be taken before all sessions. Points will be deducted from your team for being late to session. Intensive
campers will have other ramifications! Oversleeping is no excuse.

Dorms: There will be no females allowed in your room at any time. Treat the women around the campus
with respectful manners. Harassment & deranging remarks will not be tolerated!
3.
Dormitory curfew is at 10:00pm. You are not allowed out of the dorm after 10:00pm! Final lights out is
at 11:00pm. Room check will be between 10:45pm-11:00pm each night. Any camper exiting the
dormitory after curfew will be dismissed from camp. The campers parents will be contacted and
required to pick up the camper on the next day. No refund of camp fees will be given for any campers who
are dismissed for violation of the rules herein.

Dining Hall: Campers must put trays and trash in proper place. Onesty Hall is the only dining hall in which
you may eat.
5.
Anyone caught stealing will be immediately dismissed from camp. No refund of camp fees will be given
for any campers who are dismissed for violation of the rules herein.
6.
Drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes are strictly prohibited! Any camper found to have any of these items in
their possession will be dismissed from camp immediately. The campers parents will be notified
immediately and required to pick up the camper on the next day. No refund of camp fees will be given for
any campers who are dismissed for violation of the rules herein.
7.
Any damage to rooms will be billed directly to your parents. Do not remove your screens from your
window. You will be charged for any damage incurred in your room during camp. The University
charges $250 to replace lost keys! Lost keys will result in the loss of your $20 deposit, plus you will be
billed for the remaining amount if key is not returned.
8.
Remember to lock your doors at all times to prevent theft and damage to rooms.
9.
You may not leave campus while attending camp. Campers are only permitted to travel to areas indicated
on the camp itinerary and must always be accompanied by a counselor(s). Travel to non-sanctioned areas of
campus or to off campus locations are prohibited.
10. Fighting or hazing may result in dismissal from camp. Team unity does not get built by hazing! No refund
of camp fees will be given for any campers who are dismissed for violation of the rules herein.
11. Treat all facilities with respect. You will be responsible for all damages. Do not enter facilities without
any coaches or counselors present.
12. Failure to abide by the above rules will result in team point deductions and may result in dismissal from
camp. If dismissed from camp, no refund of camp fees will be given for any campers who are
dismissed for violation of the rules.
Our signatures indicate that we have read the rules and regulations, understand them, and agree to abide by them. Failure
to sign and return this document will prohibit the camper from participating in the camp program.

CONSENTS
1.
By my signature below, I hereby give permission for Wrestling Camp at Virginia, LLC., and its
employees and agents to obtain medical treatment for my child, __________________________, in the
event of accident or illness during his/her presence at the camp.
2.
By my signature below, I hereby give consent to have my child be photographed or video or
audio-taped during camp activities, and I agree that the images so obtained may be used for educational
and public relations purposes by Wrestling Camps at Virginia, LLC.

RELEASE
1.
In consideration for accepting my child into Wrestling Camp at Virginia, LLC., which uses
University facilities, I do hereby agree that I am and shall be responsible for all costs associated with any
injury or loss that may be sustained by my child as a result of his or her participation at the camp. I also
certify that I have health insurance, which provides adequate coverage for injuries or illness my child may
sustain while participating in Wrestling Camp at Virginia, LLC.
2.
By my signature below, I also agree to release and promise not to sue the Commonwealth of
Virginia, the University of Virginia, or their employees or agents, for any damages, loss, injury, or death
arising from my child's participation in Wrestling Camp at Virginia, unless such damages, loss, injury, or
death are caused by the gross negligence or intentional gross misconduct of such employees or agents.
