Interview Boris Chykulay by Henning Lindhoff

Dear Mr Chykulay, you have done some research concerning the relicts of the KGB in the Ukraine.
What are the results?
I did it in 2009, but the key surnames, groups of people still in power. It is not only about KGB. My
research was important for citizens to show them that they are still living in hidden Soviet Union, in
our case Soviet Ukraine: all political spectrum controlled by people with connection to VIP of
Communist party & Komsomol, KGB and Criminals, generated by this totalitarian dictatorship.
Actually we have post-totalitarian dictatorship managed by keepers of hidden Soviet Ukraine. This is
the elucidation of total sabotage of civilizational development.

Is it right to say that relicts of the KGB have split the Ukraine and its power institutions among
them? Is the Ukraine still run by the KGB?
How I say it is not only about KGB, let's say better "keepers of hidden Soviet Ukraine" or "post-
totalitarian elite". So, this keepers have a control and they officially represent Ukraine. Yes, Ukraine is
divided but in another dimension: civil society and keepers. And this is two irreconcilable groups
where the "Maidan" as a visual confrontation between them.
Yes, Ukraine still run by keepers of hidden Soviet Ukraine.

Which role have this relicts played the last months before the actual conflict concerning Crimea
and Donbass? Have they fueled the conflict or even started it?
Crucial.
From the Ukraine's side it was acquiescence or support and Russian keepers of hidden Soviet Union
(SU) it is clear smart Nazi aggression. But played well together.
They (RU and UA "new elite" together) start this conflict by killing a prominent Ukrainian dissident
Viacheslav Chornovil in 1999, may be even early. They mostly together create all this fake political
parties and movements, etc. Sabotage from Ukrainian keepers of hidden SU and huge anti-Ukrainian
propaganda and special anti-Ukrainian political, economical and culture projects from Russian
keepers of hidden SU.
Crimea and Donbass it just the subprojects. The main idea was and still actual new USSR.
I'll never trust in different intelligence service which have say that it was kind of surprise for them.
No, it was very readable for years. Especially with their knowledge that was no any Lustration Law on
this territories, bios, CV etc.
I'll try to explain: now we are seeing a conflict between the Ukrainian and Russian keepers of hidden
SU (Soviet Union, Soviet Ukraine). Each of them control their own territory but Russians want more,
as always. And Ukrainian keepers must play now a double role: protect the country and cunningly
help the aggressor. Some of them, may be, a patriots, but most of them are hidden Soviet elite.



The conflict in Donbass seems to be a typical secessionists project. What is your opinion about this
linguistic placement?
Let me say that I disagree with this. This is special operation (SO): propaganda, anti-Ukrainian
hysteria & projects, fake values etc. This is synthetic product. And then Russian army, special forces,
FSB (new alias of KGB) people etc.
You know, this SO was targeted on all Ukraine, misfortune is only for border's regions with Russia.
The same trick they can do in Lvivs region too, but logistically it's not so easy like in Donbass and
Crimea. All Ukraine have a symptom of propaganda illness.

Which role do Mr Putin and his power circles play in this conflict from your point of view?
It's not about Putin. This is criminal Soviet System. Hidden one. Putin just a right puppet in their
hands.

To get it more precisely: Do we actually watch a conflict between two old Soviet style criminal
gangs an Ukrainian gang and a Russian gang in Crimea and Donbass? Are they both insiders of
the old Soviet Union?
Yes. Ukrainian Soviet gang, as you said, more bureaucratic one: economical crimes, corruption,
nepotism etc. They just do everything to save their career, corruption networks, to make own
families reach and wealthy, to transfer the authority to their children and close relatives.
On the other hand: Russian Soviet gang traditionally think that they are the center of the Universe, at
list the headquarters of hidden Soviet Union network.
Accordingly, in the War for Ukraine dying ordinary patriots, mobilized citizens and conscripts and in
Russian adventure dying mercenaries and contractors.

And whats about the Russian support of the secessionists in Donbass? Is this their tactic to get
more?
I disagree with the term "secessionists". There Russian special forces, Russian Cossacks, Russian
prisoners, Russian police from Chechnya, Russian army, Russian leaders of the so-called
"secessionists", Russian ideologists, Russian Orthodox Church1 etc. Better say: some Ukrainian
citizens support Russian army. Some of them a cheap mercenaries, some of them victims of
propaganda, some of them criminals like people from Berkut (they killed people in Kyiv on Maidan
and escaped from responsibility to the uncontrolled territory), etc.
So, Russia don't support some very few and weak Ukrainians in this case, but they do full support to
their regular Army and this kind of hybrid forces.

They are want but will not found more Ukrainians who want to fight on RU side, it is no more people
there: others have become refugees (don't want to fight for Russia).

And which role do the western powers play? Do they support the Ukrainian Soviet gang
deliberately? Do they know the real puppet masters and the true plans?
Sounds strange, but Western powers support people of Ukraine through Ukrainian Soviet gang. It is
no choice. Keepers of hidden Soviet Ukraine are Ukraine's official representation. Everything
organized. Zugzwang.
There is pressure and conditions from the West on Ukrainian Soviet gang to support ordinary
Ukrainians.
I'm more then sure that Western know the real scene and there is a long-term sophisticated win
plan, with exceptions, of course.

Could you outline Mr Putins role a bit more precisely? Do you know any details?
Putin, as a cynical criminal and KGB fanatic is the ideal representative of Russian Soviet gang. With
him this hidden KGB system lost fear, earned billions and feels completely impunity. He and the team
around him have a manic idea to reanimate the Soviet Union multiplied by Russian empire.

And of course, I would like to add some biographical details about you and some more information
about your studies. Please write some sentences about you, so that I can introduce you to the
readers my book.
