Document outsourcing
Document outsourcing enables clients to entrust the entire life cycle of their documents to a
specialist service provider. Aldiablos provides integral document management services, including
collection, preparation, ordering and classification of documents, digitisation or recording,
indexation and coding, return, destruction or archiving, always in compliance with the Spanish
Data Protection Act and other applicable legislation. Some of our most important document
management outsourcing projects involve: invoices (digitisation of these is now protected by
recent laws validating invoices digitised using approved software); medical prescriptions (issued
by the health services of various Spanish regions); civil registers; archives (digitisation of the
historical archives of various organisations including libraries, banks, insurance companies, utility
companies); digitisation of social welfare case files, etc.
