Established in 1995, the flagship brand of Renaissance Furniture Pvt. Ltd., .
“Renaisaance Homez” is a dream realized by two entrepreneurial sisters, Anjaleka
Kriplani and Shaifalika Panda. If tradition speaks to a high standard-something for
yesterday, today and tomorrow. With the entrepreneurial efforts of the dynamic duo, India
witnessed the entry of famous International furniture and accessory brands.
• Responsible for handling the west zone of India (Maharashtra & Goa) for Business
Development of interiors and furniture packages.
• Working at Shapoorji Pallonji new project The Imperial handling sales and operations for
our company services of interiors, furniture & accessories for home décor.
• Handling operational and administration activities for all the upcoming projects.
• Participating & organizing exhibitions for the company.
• Taking interviews for interior designers, admin etc for placing a team in each projects.
• Handling administration and HR activities like ticket bookings, hotel reservations,
recruitments, salary process etc
Achievements
• Responsible for handling key set of clients for their critical Human Resources
requirements
• Understanding the manpower needs, organizational structure and HR strategies &
expansion plans of the client companies and sourcing relevant profiles to fulfill the same.
• Develop quality data base by way of head hunting, networking & referrals.
• Quality delivery on the recruitment mandates within the set timeframes.
• Handling a team of 4 executives into recruitments.
• Working across diversified streams in recruitment field, handling sectors like
Research & Analytics, BFSI, Investment Banking, IT & Engineering, Information
Services, NBFC, Logistics, Ceramics, Credit Rating, Pharmaceuticals &
Manufacturing.
• Handling Middle & Senior level recruitment (Closed positions from Managerial level to
CXO level).
• Pre-screening the candidates through telephonic interviews and personal interviews
(To check availability of communication skills, work experience and other cost related
factors)
• Scheduling the candidate meetings.
• Line up Interview of candidate after getting Shortlisted from Client
• Following up and taking pre and post-interview feedback from clients
• Following up with Client & Candidate till they join the company.
• Maintaining relations with both Client & Candidate after the joining.
• Closing all the job openings in the given point of time.
• Preparing daily MIS, weekly reports & monthly reports.

situated at Juhu and Malad, Mumbai. V3 was set up to encourage and assist people to stay
fit both physically as well as mentally.

Award Ceremony 2005 – 2006.
• Through Member Voting got my name in the ‘Book of Fame’ as the Best

• Within 2 years got promoted to the post of ‘Business Development Executive’
from Front Office Executive.
Office Administration:
• Managing front office, phone calls, appointments & administration work.
• Maintaining incoming & outgoing register & office files, typing letters
• Assisting the Centre Manager in day to day activities:
Making bills, handling accounts, handling the fitness manager Software.
• Taking minutes of the weekly meetings
• Calling members for the daily updates:
Updating members regarding different schemes & discounts, maintain good
relation & rapport with the clients.
• Designing the Revenue report of the Centre.
• Maintaining proper records of the daily transaction.
