SPECIFICATION

DETAILED SPECIFICATION
SITE CLEARANCE
The proposed area is to be cleaned of loose material like stones, plants, tree
and rubbish etc.

MARKING OF CENTERING
As per the prepared, the center line & the border line of the wall is marking
on the site for earth work excavation.

EARTH EXCAVATION
As the construction of framed structures pits are digged out for the
construction of column. The earth is excavated for connecting the columns. The
earth is excavated the column. Depth of excavation is 2.40m. The safe bearing
capacity of the soil is 180 KN/mm2

FOUNDATION IN CONCRETE
Plain cement concrete is laid on for 0.23m thick over this reinforcement for
the footing of column is provide. Over this foundation concrete is laid of RCC
1:2:4 for square footing of size 300x300mm.
Plinth beam is laid for a depth of 0.46m above 0.30m from ground level.

SAND FILLING
The sand filling is done for the depth of 0.6m with river sand for uniform
thickness and uniform compaction

EARTH FILLING
After leaving the foundation concrete and footing excess opening are filled
with excavated earth soil.
