estate development company that focuses on the acquisition
and development of land, commercial, and multifamily
properties. Lake West actively seeks acquisition and
development opportunities throughout Minnesota and the
upper Midwest.

JOB TITLE:

Executive Assistant / Office Manager (Full-time, exempt)

WAGE:

$40-45,000/Year DOE (Paid bi-weekly in amounts, pursuant


to all applicable taxes and withholdings).

ENVIRONMENT:

Professional office setting, 8a-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative


and executive assistance to both the President and Founder.
In addition, it is anticipated that the executive assistant will
participate in project coordination and management activities
(administratively), as well as oversee the office management
responsibilities of our 10-person office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Assistance (55%)


o Supports both President and Founder with a variety of tasks and duties to
ease workload. Act as right hand.
o Confidentially administer and act as gate-keeper for executives email,
calendar, contacts, and phone activities.
o Prepare and edit client and partner communications, communications,
presentations and other documents electronically or by hand.
o Communicate on behalf of executives to certain clients, partners, and
vendors.
o Attend certain conference calls, in-house meetings, and off-site meetings
to take notes and/or minutes.
o Arrange and coordinate meetings, travel, lunches, and minor events.

Project Assistance (35%)


o Task administration (provide reminders for required tasks)
o Project schedule management
o Coordinate project-based work
o Document preparation
o Digital document and file administration

Office Coordination (10%)


o Client Interaction / Front Desk / Mail Routing
o Office supplies management
o Technology management
o Misc. office vendor management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Confidentiality, trust, and ethics are priority. Executives must feel comfortable
working with you.
Must be able to work successfully in a team or individual environment.
Candidates should enjoy and desire a role supporting others, but can efficiently
manage or lead assigned tasks independently.
Must be comfortable working in a hurry-up-and-wait environment where project
deadlines and responsibilities may be continuously changing.
Must have ability to balance multiple priorities and assignments, be detailoriented, conscientious, and possess a dependable work ethic.
Exceptional organization, verbal and written communications, and personal and
professional presentation are required.
Ability to synopsize monthly financial statements, prepare detailed budgets, and
generate forecasts is essential.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

2+ of higher education or other training certificate preferred.


2+ years of providing executive or team administrative support.
Experience in real estate development or other related professional services
helpful, but not required.
Real Estate license helpful, but not required
Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) strongly preferred.
Demonstrated capacity to properly handle confidential and privileged information.
