achieving the 8 learning outcomes. Explain in what way the activity helped you achieve the learning outcome. Learning Outcome Activities Football, CAS in school. These two activities made me aware of my own strengths and weaknesses as I could always Increased awareness of your keep improving skills needed for own strengths and areas for the activities. In my CAS school I growth could improve my organizing skills to organize the activities my group will be doing during Wednesday morning session. Undertaken new challenges Football, walking dogs. These activities forced me to take new challenges something I really like, because it takes me out of my comfort zone and force me to apply different skills. Waling dos was a new challenge for me as a had never taken care of so many dogs on my own. Despite this I really enjoyed my sessions
on walking unknown dogs.

Football , CAS in school. These
activities took me to communicate and collaborate with others as football is a team sport, which every players needs to complete their role in order for the team to triumph. In the CAS inside school, im always working with others especially with little children as I am their leader. Football, Gym. This two activities are a clear example of perseverance and commitment, I never missed a single session. Even if I was tired or not in the mood, I still attended my classes. Dog walking has engaged me with global issues of importance. I learnt the increasing numbers of streets dogs, and the problems they are generating. For example excrement in streets, and trash being opened in the streets. Also these streets dogs can transmit diseases into humans. CAS in school, in this activity I am always taking into consideration the ethical implications. This is because I am parts of the environment care group, I very important task as humans are killing enormous amount of forest everyday. So when working I always take into account this. Dog walking, I developed new skills. For example of not being scared by unknown dogs, and create trust with new, and unknown dogs. This drove me to really try in this activity. Now I
am in total comfort of taking
care of unknown dogs, and having a good time with them.
