Description:
Minol Service Support Center is a web based system, which is mainly used
for add, maintain accounts and paying bills online. Minol is a service based
company which provides services like Metering, Sub-metering and billing
services. Minol provide equipments and services for maintaining the power
billing and water billing to the clients like residential apartments and Business
centers. The customers who associated with client, they have to pay the bills
directly to Minol, and customers uses the MSSC for registration, bill preview and
online Payment. This application admin module is used for pulling out the
outstanding payments reports and other sales reports.

Description:
Product Management application is primarily used for tracking and
maintainning the Pharma Product sales effectively. This application has different
modules like Product Manufacturing Inventory, Order and Sales Inventory, Bill
Management, Stock Inventory, Alert Management, Customer Management and
Reports.
I have primarily worked on Order and Sales Inventory and Alert
Management. This module is used by Sales Agents, Business Development
Executives and also Admin deportment for entering the order details in advance,
which will helps manufacturing department for production based on stock
availability. While selling out the products, the product related information will
be captured and system will send out an email to Customer.
The Alert Management is used for sending out alerts to customers, Sales
Department and Admin teams. This module will provide different alerts those can
be integrated with all other modules. And also Admin user can set up different
alerts through Alerts Management page for better tracking of the sales.
