incorrect installation;
lack of maintenance;
incorrect machine use;
tampering or repairs carried
out by the customer;
unauthorized modifications;
connection to incorrect power supply;
in the case in which the machine is no longer
the property of the original purchaser;
- use in a different manner than that described in the
instructions.

FUNCTIONNING
It is possible to use following type of shrink
film :
-PVC
-PE
and the film of new generation like :
-MULTILAYER FILM
-COEXTRUDED
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SHRINK WRAP
granular or loose products
liquid and/or gelatinous products if not
already packed in other parcelling
highly flammable products
explosive products
-products that loose their features if exposed to
high temperatures even for a short time
The supplier wont be liable for damages to
people or things occurring from incorrect
machine operation.
RISKS
Use particular care to :
-Sealing blade, that during the work reach
high temperature
-the up and down movement of the sealing
bar
-not put hands, arms or other parts of the body
under the sealing blade during the working
UNCRATING
The machine is delivered in a wooden crate,
wrapped in protective plastic packaging.
Open the crate starting from the upper part,
take away the four lateral walls and make sure
that the sealer is not damaged.
Lift up the machine and fix the legs with the
special bolts.
Fix the sealing bar pneumatic cylinder using the
special bolt.
Verify that all the operations have been well
carried out, then follow the instructions carefully
in order to start working.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Connect the machine to your mains electricity
supply following the norms of the country where
the machine is installed and the plate directions.
Preferably the machine should be connected to a
main circuit breaker, and preferably no extension
leads should be used.
A qualified technician should verify that all electrical
connections have been carried out correctly.
Use a socket provided with earth connection, do not
use matchers.
ATTENTION
Having connected the machine to the mains power
supply, turn on the main on/off switch and the
conveyor switchon the control panel, and check that
the rotation of conveyor is correct.
The parcel must be carried to the tunnel.
If they are running incorrectly, reverse any two of the
three phase wires in the machine plug.
The supplier wont liable for damages occurring from
a lack of earth connection.
TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
To set up the temperature :
- press one time the S button.
- the display flashing.
- when the display stop to flashing hold down the
arrow button, up to increase down to decrease
the number that appears into the display.
- wait for 15 sec. approx. and the settings will be
memorized.
- the display show the temperature in Celsius
degrees.
- the suggested temperature is 180 C for the
tunnel and 135 C for the sealing bar but in all
cases the temperature depends on the:
a) kind of material
b) thickness of materials
c) shape of product.

PNEUMATIC CONNECTIONS
Connect the air compressed line to the pressure
reducer using 1/4 pipe connection.
Check if the pressure settings is correct.
The correct settings is 6 bar.
To adjust the pressure lift up the red knob1 and
turn it, clockwise to increase the settings.
It is possible to see the pressure set into the
manometer 6.
Turning the screw 2 whit the screw driver it s
possible to adjust the oil drops to lubricate the
compressed air . If need, add oil for pneumatics
on the oil tank 4 removing theplastic screw 3.
Before to do this disconnect the compressed air.
Discharge the water condensation from the tank
5 pressing the bottom knob.
MACHINE CLEANING
Switch off the machine and disconnect it from the
power supply.
Make sure that the sealing bar is hot, then clean it
with a rag.
If the surface is very dirty, clean it with a soft
detergent; do not use alcohol or solvents, which could
damage the surface or the components of your
machine.
Do not use water jets.
IMPORTANT SUGGESTIONS
This machine works with shrink film.
In order to have a good sealing it is necessary that
the sealing bar temperature is setted correctly.
In order to carry out this operation, adjust the thermo
regulator set point at a temperature between 120
and 135 according to the material thickness.

MAINTENANCE
Lubricate once a month the sealing bar lateral bushing
with grease.
Check once a day the air compressed filter cup and
discharge the condensing water if present.
Check once a month the air compressed lubricating
oil cup and add oil for pneumatic devices if need.
ONCE A DAY CLEAN WITH SOFT RAG THE SEALING
BAR.

TROUBLES SHOOTING
MACHINE DOESNT COMES ON.
Incorrect power supply, fuses interrupted, emergency
button pushed, start button off, automatic circuit
breaker not hooked.
CONVEYOR BELT DOESNT TURN
Defective motor or motor automatic circuit breaker
not hooked.
SEALING BAR DOESNT HEAT
Def ectiv e heating elements, heater
contactor broken, thermo regulator or
thermocouple broken; wrong settings on
thermo regulator.
SEALING BAR DOESNT GO DOWN
Low air pressure.
Broken pneumatic valve.
Safety microswitch broken or engaged.
BAD SEALING
Not suitable film, incorrect sealing temperature.
Low air compressed pressure.
Used teflon and/or silicon rubber.
THE MACHINE DOESNT HEAT UP
Heaters burned.
Defective heaters relay
Motor fan circuit breaker not hooked.
THE FILM DOESNT SHRINK WRAP
Wrong temperature settings.
Wrong air flow flaps adjustmement.
Fan inlet closed.
