Where You Will Work

We look for graduate students with keen

What You Will Do

Your Continued Growth

The program is designed to expose you


to the upstream, gas and midstream
businesses, and further develop your
commercial skill sets, such as:

While in the program, youll receive


guidance from a program manager, as
well as from a senior leader who will
serve as your mentor. You will also
receive regular performance feedback
during each rotation assignment.

The program end is just the beginning


of your career at Chevron. Your future
assignments will continue to be shaped

During the two-year program, you will


rotate through three or four assignments
in the business units listed below. While
there is no pre-established sequence
for your rotations, the first will likely be
based in the U.S. The path you follow will
blend your interests and strengths with
Chevrons business needs.

Summer Internship
Program
Get a preview of what its like at
Chevron by joining as a summer
intern after your first year of
graduate school. As an intern,
youll gain a better understanding
of our business and learn more
about our people and our culture.

Structure
Internship assignments are
typically project-based. They are
challenging and rewarding just
like those on the full-time program.

What to Expect
Throughout the summer, youll
have opportunities to interact with
senior leaders, current program
members and program alumni.
You will tour our facilities, attend
presentations about the company
and socialize with other Chevron
professionals. Interns
are often hired later into our
full-time program.

Six months into Chevron, I was part of team that was involved in evaluating
multibillion-dollar shale gas acquisition opportunities. This gave me a
chance to learn from geologists, petroleum engineers and other specialists.
