The Philippine Council of Literary & Language Arts Training, Inc. (PCLLAT), in collaboration with the English
Department of West Visayas State University, would like to invite you and your faculty handling English courses
to its national training event
NATIONAL SEMINAR ON

TECHNOLOGY-ENHANCED INSTRUCTION IN THE ESL/EFL CLASSROOM

July 24-26, 2015 @ Iloilo Business Hotel
Smallville Complex, Mandurriao, Iloilo City

This three-day intensive training-workshop is primarily designed (1) to advance understanding of teachers across
grade levels of the utilization of varied computer-based applications and the social media in ESL/EFL teaching and
learning and (2) to equip them with new techniques in developing language skills in listening, speaking, reading,
and writing. This year PCLLAT is embarking on a national training that centers on the roles of digital technology in
maximizing ESL/EFL teaching and learning and retooling teachers with techniques to meet the multifaceted
demands of the 21st century classroom.
Participants to this training will be charged a registration fee of Php 4,000.00 which covers lunch, snacks, and a
training kit. The registration fee for members and early birds (until July 15) is Php 3,600. Registration is on-going
and shall cease as soon as the maximum number of registrants is reached. For inquiries and/or preregistration/ advance payment, participants may contact Maam Len at +63943-0395968 or send us through our
email a filled-out registration form which can also be downloaded from www.facebook.com/PCLLAT. Due to
limited slots, an advance reservation fee of Php1500 is required for pre-registration. Participants are highly
encouraged to register on or before July 20.
