Its a common question: Whats the best diet? Dr. Berardi, a worldleading nutrition coach, is asked that more than most people. Is he
in the paleo camp? The vegan camp? Low carb? Intermittent fasting?
In this presentation, Dr. Berardi explains why those are actually the
wrong questions to ask. Hell also offer a new kind of question and
reveal which nutrition camp he really belongs to. This is one session
you wont want to miss. (Lecture Only)

VERN GAMBETTA, MA
Extraordinary Self
You can only take a client on a journey as far as you have taken
yourself. Both personal and professional development play a key
role to the success and significance you create in your life. In this
inspirational presentation, Todd teaches you the important drills,
skills, exercises, and best practices necessary to maximally
IMPACT you and your clients. This class will teach you how to
effectively blend yin/yang exercises, breath-work, meditation, and
visualization into your existing high-intensity programming to create a
profound client experience.

Foundational Strength
What we have traditionally done is put the cart before the horse
by starting into a strength training program without building
a solid foundation. The goal is to bullet proof the athlete by
emphasizing strength gained through multiple joint, multiple plane
and proprioceptively demanding movements that build adaptable
athletes. In this session you will learn how to use progressions from
bodyweight exercise to external resistance that is appropriate for the
athletes level of development and their sport.

The fatal five mistakes that can crush your career can be avoided
if you know what to expect and how these mistakes can affect you
personally. The average trainer only lasts about eight years in the
business before he or she leaves for less stressful work and better
pay. You can make money in this business, and you can do it for
years, if you learn now how to avoid the common mistakes every
trainer makes at some point. Making money, changing lives and
staying in the business over time is what it is about and if you are
serious about a career in the gym business, then you should be in this
workshop.

The pelvic floor, its role in core stability and its dysfunctions, is often
overlooked in the training and rehabilitation of athletic populations.
Recently, pelvic floor dysfunction with stress urinary incontinence
seen in female athletes has been mentioned more publicly. However,
pelvic floor dysfunction is often present in male athletes but
presenting in a different manner. Coaches need to understand the
anatomy and function of the pelvic floor to address the stability,
mobility, and incontinence dysfunctions. The presentation of effective
pelvic floor muscle activation and relaxation techniques to increase
awareness and improve neuromuscular control will be included.
Techniques are for pre- or re-habilitation programs, and appropriate
for a variety of conditions and settings.
