Hopskotch is a division of Shanti Education Initiatives Limited SEIL started
its first centre in 2013 in Ahmedabad.

Brief on SEIL: SEIL is a venture of Chiripal group established in year 2009 in

Ahmedabad. Chiripal group is a 4000 Crore conglomerate into diversified
businesses like; Textiles, petrochemicals, chemical, infrastructure and
education.
The key business units of SEIL are :

Shanti Asiatic School: started the first K-12 school in Ahmedabad in 2009
with only 150 students and presently running 11 K-12
schools educating 6000+ students across India
Shantis Hopskotch Preschool: Premium category
Preschool chain to serve the niche segment who
aspire for premium quality education, ambiance
and learning environment for their child.
Shanti Juniors: A preschool chain started in 2010

Shantis Hopskotch is a premium category preschool chain, started in
year 2013, and educated 500+ students till date, in multiple centers at
Ahmedabad.
Hopskotch is catering to the niche segment of the society who aspires for
premium quality education, hygienic ambiance and global learning environment
for their child.
Hopskotch centers deliver education with a
clear objective to develop 8 multiple intelligence
amongst the children. This makes us different from

Find the property as per the specification and guidelines given by the SEIL

Invest in renovation / refurbishing of the property as per the Ambiance

Manual of Hopskotch given by SEIL.
Procurement of Seat Material from the SEIL, NOC from the society,
permissions and Licenses to set up the Preschool.
Recruitment of the school staff to be done as per
SEIL guidelines.

Scope of Work Franchisee

Adhere to all SOPs and processes given by SEIL, for smooth functioning
and quality deliverables at the Center.
Share the monthly MIS report with SEIL team on regular basis.
Bear all operational expenses of the Center

Promotion and branding of the School as per the

specification and guidelines given by SEIL.
Need to open an Escrow account before the
school launch, for smooth functioning of
Hopskotch Center.

Scope of Work SEIL

Assistance in Project Planning and Conceptualization.
Finalizing the property from the best 2-3 selected properties by the
Franchisee.

Layouts and Designs

Ambiance Manual for effective Interior designs

Center layout Facilities and Interiors planning for classrooms, labs, library,
etc.
