RESPONSE TO DEMAND
FOR RELEASE OF LIEN

This is in response to your Demand for Release of Lien. There is no basis for your
demand. This issue of a lien is to ensure we are paid for our investment, and to prevent
your unjust enrichment.
You are not entitled to live off of our labor, goods and service without giving due
consideration. Whether or not the lien is released does not obliterate your debt owed to
us. As long as you fail to pay us for the damage you have caused, for the frivolous
lawsuits which you have lost against us, for the property you have wrongfully taken from
us, the damage continues and the debt you owe us increases.
We have noticed that you are disposing of property that you have wrongfully taken from
us. We understand that you realize your weak position in your lawsuits against us, and
that you are liquidating all assets, as well as intending to hide them so that we are left
with nothing. This is what we would be left with if we were to release the lien. What
you are currently doing is grand theft. According to California civil Code Section
8468(a)(1), we have the right to maintain a personal action against you in order to
recover the debt and that includes an action to enforce the lien and or a separate action.
Give us back our property, settle with us what you owe us, and the lien will be released.
Filing a petition against us for non-release of the lien is rather redundant as there are
already 2 open cases already dedicated to determining if the lien is valid or not. Do so at
your own risk. Thank you and have a blessed day.
