Target Audience and Tracks

Presenters are encouraged to frame their workshops for an intended audience. The summit focuses
on educating post-secondary students, entrepreneurs, and professionals of all walks of life. In
addition, we encourage topics that will enhance the quality of life and better our community.

WORKSHOP FORMATS
Lecture Session
Consists of a presentation given by an individual to increase the knowledge of the participants with
the expectation that the presenter will provide informational packets with the presentation.
Time limitation for this type of session is 45 minutes each, classroom.

Panel Session
Consists of a presentation by three or more speakers intended to increase the level of awareness
while sharing interlinked short presentations or participating in a moderated discussion with a skilled
facilitator.
Time limitation for this type of sessions is 45-75 minutes, auditorium.

"Roundtable" Q&A Session

A chance to facilitate a structured but fluid discourse with like-minded individuals to critically
challenge participants. This session is topic-based and aim to provide a chance for attendees to ask
questions they need answered. Your submission should outline the topic you would like to discuss,
the type of conversation you would like to facilitate, and a description of the desired attendees.
Time limitation for this type session is 45-60 minutes, faculty club.
