he Optima EST3 [S] Steamer is an improved all stainless steel, vapor-steam generator specifically

designed for [S]anitization. Using the latest in vapor-steam technology, the Optima can quickly and effectively
sanitize thermally, remove dirt, stains, grease, odors and other contaminants from a variety of surfaces. The
Optima EST3 [S] Series is available in three models; EST3 [S-12k], EST3 [S-18k] and EST3 [S-27k].

Efficient Insulation

The Optima EST is equipped with the most heat efficient electric steam boiler. The boiler
quickly produces steam. The boilers unique vessel and insulation design supports a long life
span and keeps the machine cool during extended use.

Safety

Safety features include an LED illuminated control panel with corresponding alarm,
automatic shut-offs, pressure sensor, mechanical pressure release valve, automatic air
purge, thermostat control, water tank level sensor, high and low boiler water level sensors,
multiple check valves and a dry-run prevention setting on the water pump. Built in
accordance with UL, CSA and CE.
