Recommendations
1. The expressed control score of the individual is very low (1) which
says that the individual is not authoritative or influencing. At
times, it is necessary to be authoritative, feel responsible and
take the lead, which are essential qualities to work in a team.
2. The wanted control score is much higher than the expressed
control score, which says that the individual wants to follow
rather than lead which is not the characteristic to be a leader. In
order to get the assigned tasks completed, it is necessary that
some amount of authority and structure is to be used upon the
team which you are leading. Being affectionate and close to
people may not work at all times in getting the things done,
especially in work places where people with different mind-sets
are present.
