andhealsocriminallyintimidatedthecomplainantbythreateningtokill
herandherchildren.Intheinstantcase,seriousand specificallegations
havebeenmadeagainsttheapplicant/accused.Inthesecircumstances,in
myconsideredopinion,iftheapplicant/accusedisreleasedonanticipatory
bail atthisstage,hemayhampertheinvestigation,tamperwiththe
evidenceandinfluencethewitnesses.
Hence, in view of theaboveand havingregard to the factsand

circumstancesofthepresentcaseandinviewofthenatureandgravity

overbythePCRofficialstomepriortosendingthetehrirbutIdonotknowifI
mentionedthisfactinmytehrirornot.
ItiswrongtosuggestthathelmetandblackcolourbaghandedoverbythePCR
