Projects Undertaken:
Decora Studio Designer (XNA, Sunburn game engine, WPF)
Decora Studio Designer is a non gaming tiling & interior visualization app, providing the most
practical solution for showroom owners, designers & manufacturers the all new innovative way
to create & win customers with utmost satisfaction.
This application is still under development by a team of 6 members including me. We have used
sunburn game engine 2.0.18 on top of xna for enhanced lighting & textures & wpf pages which
are hosted by xna for making elegant user interface. We have successfully launched 2 versions
of the product & have served customers such as Kajaria, Asian Granito Limited, Simpolo
ceramics etc happily.
My role in the project was to import 3d rooms such as bathroom, kitchen, living rooms, exteriors
etc with xna library & manage the essentials such as lighting, collisions, textures & effects using
sunburn game engine. I have also imported the live object database catalogue which is used as
drag drop items list of objects/products to be used & filled up inside visualization screen of room
& setup active surfaces for walls to be applied with live tiles with any patterns while customizing
the rooms.
Tile Scan Tool (C#, WPF)
Tile scan tool is a software responsible for scanning & stitching ceramic tiles.Tiles are usually
very large in size to fit in a scanner, so they are scanned in portions & the scanned portions can
be collected by the software & stitched automatically along with changing color temperature,
brightness etc for enhancing the final image quality. This was created by two persons including
me & we have used OpenCV library to stitch & add effects.
Object Import Tool (XNA, WPF)
Object import tool is a tool which is responsible for importing 3d models in form of fbx & then
splitting the model meshes into two selection modes group & mesh for assigning
materials/shaders to the meshes/groups which in turn gives the json files which allows an
integration into other 3d programs & pipelines & gizmo component has also been implemented
for scaling rotation & transformation of models. This tool is still under development & many
more features will be added to it soon.
DecoraViz (Babylon.js, AngularJS, HTML5)
Decoraviz is a project started a few days back which is targeted to be the web & devices
version of decora studio.My role as of now in this project is to import Babylon models & assign
smart materials, creating shaders & integrating them with blender cycles xml api for rendering.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Created a 2.5D Side scrolling game (TWINZ) in 6 hrs for a gaming workshop organized
at ICAT in Unity3D.

Created a Quiz game for 5th grade students (specially for my nephew) in Unity3D.

Created 2d games in xna as project submission at ICAT.

Created a level design map (Snow World) in Unreal Development Kit.

Created a text based role playing game in VC++.
