PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Diploma in Office Management Technology is a three-year
ladderized program that provides rigid training in general office
management and one of two specialization options:
(1) Medical office management and (2) legal office management.
PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
At the end of the program, a graduate is expected to:

Perform effectively in areas of office management technology,


specialized in legal and medical;
Conduct trainings, researches, extensions and productions in
business and industry;
Manifest ethical conduct for the office management profession.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to inculcate in the students the


importance of a wholesome business personality necessary for a life-long
profession. It discusses the different aspects of personality with emphasis on moral
values, dignity, integrity and social graces needed in our community today. It
illustrates the macro influence of proper values to the success of the business
community and the entire human race in the future. The course will enhance the
students realization of the importance of others, as well as the importance of
working together as they grow old in their chosen fields of endeavors. It also
reminds the students of the cycle of life, and the need for a healthy trustworthy
business in our country for the next generations to come.
