School Meals

PTFA Summer Fair

Since the introduction of free school meals for KS1

last September we have been monitoring the
behaviour and learning of our younger pupils to see if
school meals have made a difference. Whilst we do
not have concrete evidence to support this, it has
been noticed that the behaviour of pupils has
definitely improved this year, particularly at
lunchtimes and particularly for KS1. I would
encourage all pupils to have school meals and hope
that Year 2 pupils will continue to have them in Year
3.

Cant wait for the Summer Fair which will take place
this Saturday (4th July) from 12.00noon - 2.00pm.
Please come along and support this event if you can.
The brass band will be playing and should meet Mrs
Gregory with their instruments in Year 5 classroom
at 12:30pm. The main raffle prize will be a 50
voucher. See you there! Who will be on the ducking
stool this year?
