o Early check-in and/ or late check-out is 20.00 Euro per room.
o Parking place – limited, against charge in Grifid Hotel Arabella.
o Indoor garage – limited places, charged 10.00 euro per night at
Grifid Hotel Bolero.

o Buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurants

o 1st Child from 2 to 11.99 on extra bed in Junior Suite / Suite is
free of charge, the 2nd child is charged 50% of adult package rate;
o Adult ( > 12 ) on extra bed benefits 30 % reduction;
o 1 Adult + 1 Child – child on regular bed is charged 50% of adult
package rate and the adult – bed in dbl room; Second child is charged
also 50%. Above accommodation can be confirmed only in dbl room.
o Accommodation of second child in dbl room with two full paying
adults is not allowed!

Available room types:

o DBL – double room with twin beds and sofa bed;
o JSU – Junior Suite – larger double room with king size bed and
sofa bed accommodating up to 4 people;
o Suite – one bedroom and living room; accommodation up to 4 people

Payment conditions:
1. 50% prepayment for a confirmed reservation is due 1 week
after written confirmation, the remaining amount of 50% is due
14 days prior to your arrival!
2. Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made between 14.02 – 14.03.2010 will be charged
50% from the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations after 15.03.2010 will be charged 100% from the
total amount of the reservation.
3. No-show: 100% from the total amount of the reservation.
