Company Profile

Historical Background
Established on 2001 by Mrs. Evangeline Castro and Mr. Rolando Castro
as Gellines and Ians Bakeshop, name after their children. The company
change its name on 2013 to include the name of their first grandchild,
making it into Anne, Gellines and Ians Bakeshop. Situated at 759, Estrella
Village, Ilang-Ilang, Guiguinto.
The bakeshop started with humble beggining with only one product,
pilipit, and the garage besides their house as their place. The relative of the
owner advice them that pilipit is very well known in the Guiguinto and its
also has many buyer. The bakeshop first distribute their product through
retailers in different public market in Bulacan. The first year is not easy to
keep the bakeshop alive because of the retailers only pay them when their
product is already sold. When they enter their year two of business, the
bakeshop tried to produce pop rice. But the poprice did not work making the
bakeshop down. The company tried again by making loan into different
company.
On year 2005 the company make their way into different province.
They exchange product with bakeshop from Pangasinan, pilipit to otap.
Through barter the aksehop make its wa to be discovered by other
wholesaler from different provinces. The bakeshop started delivering to
Manaog,Pangansinan, then Bacoor Cavite. It is much easier this time
because when they deliver their product here it pay in cash immediately. As
of now they deliver in Manaog,Pangansinan, Bacoor, Malabon, Tarlac.
On year 2005 also, as part of their growing arket they acquire a three
different oven to help with the growing demand. Two of the newly acquire
oven come from loan. While the other one come from the friend of the owner

who previously owned a bakeshop also. As exchange for the oven the
akseshop suppl the said friend with their product.
Year 2006, the bakeshop moves from their place into much bigger
production place. With the help of entering new bigger market from the
previous year and 3 years of working abroad of Mr. Rolando Castro, one of
the owner. They bought a land and able to build a bigger place for
production.

The bakeshop started with pilipit as their solely product. As of now the
bakeshop have butter toast, puto seko, otap, eggnog, bread stick, egg
craklets and still maintaining their original product pilipit. Most of the
bakeshop sales are came from wholesalers who buy in bundles of their
product.Buying in huge amounts are made to order and deliver directly to
their customer especially from different provinces. The bakeshop also sells to
those who do not order in advance if their are still stock.
Employees works in team. Every team has their master baker as the
leader, everu team especializes in specific products. The bakeshop have
currently five master baker. Every team has a status qou that has to meet
every day to be able to received payment. So of their emploee are students
during weekends or when there is no classes they hire them. Some of the
student who are old enough often help with the baking process while some
help packaging breads.
The bakeshop also sometimes export their product but not under their
name. Other company buy their product to repackaged under different
name. Most of their product goes to Malaysia.

As to the shelf life of their bread, it depends with how tight the
product is sealed. But on a average it can last for about 6 months. Their for
export braed are god for 1 year.
