Hotel Terms & Conditions:

1. The hotel check-in time and check-out time will be as per hotel policy (12.00
noon for Bhubaneswar, Convention Darjeeling, Goa, Gopalpur & Gangtok,
08:00 AM for Puri & Rourkela 24 Hours)
2. All bookings and payment will be routed through Kolkata office only.
3. For arrivals at the hotel prior to 0700 hours, the reservation needs to be
made and held from the previous night.
4. For Early check in or late check-out, a request may be made to the hotel and
is subject to availability.
5. The credit card guarantee will ensure that your reservation is held on a
definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation.
6. Mandatory for any Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners to produce their passport
and valid visa at the time of arrival.
7. Mandatory for any Indian to carry a valid identity proof to produce at the time
of arrival.
8. Stay extendable on pro-rata basis subject to availability.

9. The following special rates will not be applicable between 25th December
2013 till 02nd January 2014.

Cancellation Policy:
1. If cancelled before 15 days of the date of arrival: No retention charge.

2. If cancelled within 07 15 days of the date of arrival: 50% of the 1st night
stay will be charged as retention charge.
3. If cancelled within 02 07 days of the date of arrival: 75% of the 1st night
stay will be charged as retention charge.
4. If cancelled within 24-48 hours of the date of arrival: 100% of the 1st night
stay will be charged as retention charge.
5. If cancelled on the day of arrival entire amount for stay will be charged as
retention charge.
6. Guest Checks in and immediately checks out prior to his departure date the
full amount will be charged as retention charge.
