EDUCATION --- ANN MARIE CARSWELL

Had second GOF gathering and it went well. About 90 people stayed for presentation by Fr.
Kall. A comfort level is building with St. James. The next GOF is on March 7. It will be
Cathedral’s turn, to be held at St. James.

FACILITY COMMITTEE – LEO HETLING

The committee hadn’t met so no information was available at this time. Bruce suggested that
we should do work on roof above the parish offices. The cost would be between $30-40K.

CHRISTIAN SERVICE COMMITTEE – BARBARA QUINN

Very busy. Showing numbers in the bulletin for comparison from year to year. Berkshire Bank
Foundation has a program to raise money for the Center. Also following up with Stewarts
matching gifts program. There will be a Cluster Welcome Table on Feb. 2 and CSC will meet
that week as well.

LITURGY COMMITTEE – ALICE KOLB

Committee met on Dec. 8. All decorating for the Christmas season went really well. The
committee wants to be very open about what goes on in their meetings and discussed putting
their minutes on the website. Lucille Williams has joined the Committee. Mary McCarthy
and Carol Houlton left the committee. Congratulations to Lisa Higdon and group for a great
job with the church decorations.

dedication. A “thank-you” letter will be written by Nicole from the Pastoral Council and Natalie
