Affidavit of Fact Statement of Identity for Matters Law/Public and Private

For the Record, I have taken it upon myself, to clarify as a matter of Fact, my own
Identity. I have done so, as to clear up, what appears to be, an administrative error
in the Official record, and/or a Fallacy of Public consciousness. With respect to the
Past several months, I have been, either erroneously or maliciously, referred to as a
Daniel Novak, of whom is Alien to me. I do not know who this Person is, although
I am aware of someone with strikingly similar physical features to myself,
conducting Commerce under that Alias. There is No relation between myself, Daniel,
the Flesh and Blood Man, and the Federal Corporation, DANIEL NOVAK. I have
been harassed with Barrages of Phone Calls, Letters, and E-Mails, by those whom
claim this Daniel Novak owes them something. They are mistaken, for I am not
the Daniel Novak which they seek. These sycophants, solicitors, and other
Attorneys are attempting communique with me, in an Unlawfully aggressive
manner. This has come to be a matter of great Nuisance and inconvenience for me,
so I seek redress through clarification of the Record.
Let the Record reflect, my Dejure name is Daniel, of the House Thornberry, Son of
Rhonda. I am currently aged 25 Years, Born on July 25 th, of yesteryear. I am of
mature age, able-bodied, and with Sound mind; speaking for Myself. My name is
Daniel Thornberry, the 1st, without Exception. With respect to, and in cognizance of,
the Litigious nature of modern society, I have attached an Official document, as well
as Selfies for evidentiary exhibition of these Stated Facts. I have attached Official
correspondence from the NJ Department of Corrections, as well as Uniquely
identifiable Works of Body-art, commonly referred to as Tattoos, for Clarification of
personal identity; Verifiable. There is No longer room for Mistaken identity, or
Inaccurate assumptions based upon erroneous, inapplicable, or otherwise
misrepresentative Public records. I am oblivious to the origin of these
Misunderstandings between myself and the Department of the Treasury, however I
do intent to Correct/Remedy them.
Notwithstanding the Fact that I do indeed participate in commercial activities within
these Federal United States, and State of NJ, I am, however, Not a Citizen of the US
nor State of New Jersey. I am Not a Member of either of those Societies, I am a
Resident of the Shire Society, located in the Land commonly referred to as Keene,
New Hampshire. I am subject to the Laws and Customs which dictate the conduct
of That society, which is wholly Voluntary in nature. I am therefore Not under the
Jurisdiction of Any other society, I do however respect the Sovereignty and Judicial
services of Foreigners. For the purposes of Judicial integrity/adherence, and
documentary Validity, I have retained the Services of a Duly appointed and
recognized Officer of the Court; the Notary Public. With all due respect, I hope my
due diligence in Colloquy formal, clears up any Current or Future
misunderstandings; with a now True and Correct record.

Please take note of the following legal maxims:

1. All are equal under the Law and equality before the Law is paramount.
2. Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit.
3. An un-rebutted affidavit stands as Truth.
I affirm, under Penalty of Perjury, that everything stated within this Affidavit, is True
and Correct to the best of my Knowledge.
