1) The product must only be connected and changed by the personnel with the profes sional qualifications;
2) Never use the regular products to drive the LED road lamps; if it is a must to drive the
road lamp, please be assured to use the road lamp power supply.
3) Before connecting the product with any load, please disconnect the input wire and be
assured the load is matching; never connect the input and the output wire reversely; if the product has the grounding wire, please connect it with the ground correctly;
4) Never apply overload (exceeding the rated power) or superlight load ( for instance apply 1w onto the 100W constant voltage power; or the constant current product is under the
minimal output voltage of the power ) onto the power supply; otherwise it may cause the LED
light flashing;
5) Lightning protection and filtering: When using the product outdoor or on high building, please provide the lightning arrester; if the electric grid fluctuates seriously or the ambient
environment is rather worse, please use the surge absorption plant;
6) If the neutral wire is broken: the neutral wire of the 3- phase 4- wire system plays the
role of protecting the zero potential of the neutral point if there is unbalanced current flowing
the 3-phase load and making the voltage of very phase unchanged. If the neutral wire is broken, the voltage of the phase with the lowest load shall rise and cause damage. Certainly the
neutral wire of the 3-ph ase 4 - wire system must be kept in good condition without interruption, with relative larger cross-section additionally (it is not limited by this clause if the PFC power supply is available).
7) If the load connected with the power is the capacitive load, it may possibly not be
started since the instantaneous starting current is too large ( which can trigger the automatic
protection to the power supply ), so the power can not be used directly; if it is needed to use,
please add the compensation device at the load to weaken or relieve the impact.
8) If the same project uses plenty of LED switching power supplies, it is needed to power on step by step; otherwise the one-switch start may cause large impact current and trigger electric trip.

 Abnormal superlight load's application characteristics

If the load on the LED switch source is too light (less), please add the external load to
match with the LED switching power supply. For the constant voltage power, please connect
a resistor at the output terminal in parallel ; for the constant current power, please connect a
resistor at the output terminal in series.
A. Constant voltage power superlight load : when the power of the load connected with
the LED switch power is less than 5% of the rated power, it can be judged as the constant voltage power superlight load .

B. Constant current power superlight load : when the rated power of the load is less
than or equal to the minimal output voltage of constant current power, it can be judged as the
constant current power superlight load.

6. Warranty
1) In the normal use conditions, the product enjoys the warranty period of 1.5 years, starting from the date of production. If the product goes wrong in the warranty period, after it is
confirmed the quality problem upon our inspection, we will replace with the same type of the
product free of charge.
2) If the product involves in any of the following circumstances, our company shall
be exempted from any responsibilities, i.e.:
The product is used and damaged serious without following the Operating Instructions;
User dismantles or removes the internal parts without authorization and causes damage;
The product is damaged or deformed seriously on the appearance;
The date of production or the serial number on the product is erased or altered.
3) For all products of our company, if it is proved any failure or damage occurred to which arising from the quality, our company shall be responsible for changing the product with
the same type and same quantity.

1. General information
1)Main purpose and scope
The product is mainly used indoor or outdoor with the LED lightings, aiming at transforming AC to DC which needed by the LED module; the product not only can be used for LED lighting,but also for other DC power supply devices.
2)Type and specification of product
The product is mainly divided into two categories, one is constant voltage and the
other is constant current .
3)Operating environment and storage conditions
If using outdoor , the appropriate temperature should be of -25~+40, with the relative humidity not more than 98%;
If using indoor , the appropriate temperature should be of -25~+50, with the relative humidity not more than 80%;
If storing the product, the appropriate temperature should be of -25~+75,
with the relative humidity not more than 80%.
4)Product designation
A.The designation principle of the new product type is as follows: four English letters plus a dash (in the middle), plus 5-7 Arabic numbers, plus an English letter and
3 Arabic numbers. In particular case, a dash - and an English letter or an Arabic number can be prefixed to the first four English letters.
B.The designation principle is illustrated as follows:

H V D C -12020A018

is for the LED power application site; H means Indoor Dri ver ; no letter
is used to show the regular power supply;
is for the constant voltage or the constant current category; V is for constant voltage; J is for constant current;
is for input voltage scope; A stands for the scope of 200-240V; B stands for the scope of 100-120V; D stands for. the scope of 100-240V ; E stands for the scope of 200-277V ; F stands for the scope of 100-277V.

and EMC; F stands for the product passesPFC; C stands for the product passes
EMC; no letter is used to show the regular power supply;

5) Protection functions
The product has the overload, over-current , over-vo ltage and short-circuit protection functions; some of which have the anti-surge and temperature control protection functions ; when the product or the load are in the corresponding unexpectedness status, the product can protect itself automatically.
6) Safety
The product adopts the transformer isolation design so as to ensure the application safety of the product.

3. Product characteristics
1) Wide voltage application scope: for instance the VA and IA series with 200-240V
input; VB and JB series with 100-120V input; VD and JD series with 100-240V input; VF and
JF series with 100-277V input and etc.;

Since the power is embedded underground and heat can not dissipated through air, please use the heat-conducting article to transfer heat, for instance the practice to seal with the
epoxy resin and etc.

2) Easy to wire: the product is provided with the input and output connecting wires or
the wiring terminal; the one identified by INPUT on the nameplate is the power input terminal; which should be connected with the corresponding power supply; the one identified
by OUTPUT on the nameplate is the power output terminal; which should be connected
w ith the corresponding LED lighting; the +and the - of the output terminal should be connected with the positive pole and the negative pole of the LED light respectively.
3) Safety withstand voltage test: Under the standard test atmosphere condition, the product can withstand the power frequency voltage withst and test for 1 minute without electric breakdown or flash; the product w it h the different certifications should complies with the
corresponding standard.
4) Quality assurance: All products produced by our company have been made the strict inspection; 100% of which pass the full-load aging test ; so, there is no fear of trouble in the rear.

4. Product's load characteristics

Double-sided tapeglass cement

The double-sided tape and the glass cement are the poor heat conductors;when installing, please install the metal board, and then contact i t ontoother objects.

1) Load characteristic of constant voltage power supply

The constant voltage power supply is the load power which is less than or equal
to the rated output power of the switch power; if the input voltage changes within the specified power scope, the input voltage should be constant; (the variance is within the given tolerance).

As shown by the picture as above: the load power at the output terminal is less than
60W; if the input voltage varies within the scope of (200V~240V)10%, the output voltage is
12V constantly.
If the load is miniwatt (for instance 20mA, 0.06W) and the LED lights installation in
series is adopted, the constant voltage power supply shall be preferred if aiming to get the
jump change and scanning change effect. It is proposed to use the load with the power within the scope of 10%~90% of the rated voltage power output.
2) Load characteristics of the constant current power supply
The constant voltage power refers to the power supply that its output voltage is within the given scope and its output current is constant when the input voltage changes within
the specified scope.

As shown by the picture as above, the maximum output power can only be connected with the maximum load of 31.5W; if so the load can only start work when the voltage at its both ends is within the scope of 10V and 45V.Under the above conditions, if the
input voltage changes within the scope of (200-240V)10%, the output voltage is 700mA constantly.
When the LED of the high power (for instance 350mA, 1w or more) is installed in
series, if it is used for normal on, the constant current power shall be preferred.

5.Product Installation
1) Three principles for installation:
The voltage of the electric grid in use must be ensured to be within the operating
10%voltage scope specified by the power supply; for instance: if the nominal input voltage
is 200V-240V, it is required to connect the power supply with the electric grid with the voltagenot less than 180V or higher than 264V.
Never use in the unexpected load, for instance overload or extreme underload or
etc.
Install the product in an environment and a way facilitating for the power supply
for heat dissipation:
A. Never install the power supply in a hot environment;
B. Ensure the power supply to radiate heat in three ways of heat transfer;
a. Expose it in moving air;
b. Leave the heat radiation space as large as possible;
c. Install it in a metal plate with large area and make it contact well to radiate heat through the metal plate.
2) Installation method and procedures:
Install and fix the power supply on a large metal plate to facilitate heat dissipation;
Leave the input terminal disconnected when the product is connected;
Fix the connecting wires solidly and ensure to connect the input and output wire
properly, namely connect + to positive pole and - to negative pole;
Check if the voltage of the electric grid is consistent with the operating voltage of
the power supply with the universal meter;
The output terminal of our product is the low-voltage output; so it is prohibited to
connect the output terminal and the input terminal reversely when making test ; otherwise it
may cause direct damage to the power supply.

Note: We have two regular wires, i.e.:

Electronic wire: The electronic cable has two types of output wires: one is brown+blue, the other is red+black; among which the brown and red wires are the positive pole of the
power supply, the blue and black wires are the negative pole of the power supply; the input cable is of two white wires;the yellowish green wire is the grounding wire.
