Chapter I

Introduction
Education have already been resided in prehistoric time, to be able to retain their
teachings, their beliefs and way of life, they teach basic education to their youths until
such time their knowledge have extended and prospered, they develop a formal
education.

Formal education occurs in a structured environment whose explicit purpose

is teaching students. It is the level of education that helps an individual to gain
respect and recognition. For some individual that unfortunately cannot afford
education are more likely to be belittled and end up doing immoral jobs. Humanium
stated Today, education remains an inaccessible right for millions of children around
the world. More than 72 million children of primary education age are not in school and
759 million adults are illiterate and do not have the awareness necessary to improve
both their living conditions and those of their children. Each Individuals deserves to be

educated for The youth is the hope of our future (Jose Rizal). Without proper
education, our society is not as progressive as it is in the present.
Education as one of the foundation of the society, it brings economic and
social prosperity. Gaining education enhances an individual to live a prosperous and
respectful life in the society. This is because education offers a setting in which
culture and values of a society are developed. It enables the society to interpret the
world around them rightfully, innovating to new ways and means that conform to
their environment. This opens doors of opportunities enables individual to achieve
better prospects in career growth.

Rationale
Education is an integral part of every individual, family and society where it is
already been taught at home and demonstrate to the society and vice versa. It is vitally
important in establishing and maintaining the quality of life in a community and
contributes to the economy and society.
Filipinos have deep regard when it comes to education. It occupies a central
place in Philippine political, economic social and cultural life. Strongly viewed as a pillar
of national development and a primary avenue for social and economic mobility. It is
also often understood as a mean of overcoming handicaps, achieving greater equality,
and acquiring wealth and status for all.
Usually, formal education takes place in a school environment with classrooms of
multiple students learning together with a trained, certified teacher of the subject. Most
school systems are designed around a set of values or ideas that govern all educational
choices in that system.
