2. For proper effectiveness of this kind of report, we should do a further structuring exercise
with the 'Tasks, Responsibilities' and the 'Needed Characteristics'. The basis of this structuring
should be: "For the future success of ILW & OPMS, ---- IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN ---"
This structuring exercise would then provide us the basis for assigning weightages to the needed
characteristics, etc., which would then give us a correct number for the grading
(Currently, I have just listed the various characteristics, etc - no weightages assigned)
