"Towards a New Cold

War?”
In April 2008 he wrote in the forum of the Zodiac
Astrology http://www.astrodreams.com/foros my
thoughts on the next contact conjunction Jupiter /
Uranus of June 8, 2010 .....

"I still think that the danger of war will caused by the
tactical deployment of the missile shield near Russia's
borders. The project was called earlier in the days of
Ronald Reagan, his first mentor, Star Wars project. The
name is a revelation of intent: WAR ......, just ahead of
the general acceptance of the mass, he changed the
name to SHIELD, it sounds like self defense, and is more
acceptable to public opinion totally manipulated by the
creative teams of the opinion of the U.S. superpower

Can anyone believe that under a partile conjunction

Jupiter - Uranus at 0 º Aries (very consistent with the
image of the missiles), the system will only defensive?
The Chinese are very clear ........... hence his sudden rush
to enter the space race, not to mention the harassment
that the Russians consider to be suffering with the new
NATO military borders in countries of its former orbit, and
its stated ambition to include Ukraine, the border
southern Russia, between its members. Certainly
something the Russians can not tolerate, among other
reasons because the former nuclear submarine fleet of
the former USSR has its location on the Black Sea right
here in Sebastopol.

All this leads me to believe that deployment of the

"Shield" will create a situation similar to that which
occurred in 1983, when Euromissiles deployment of SS-
20 and Pershing on both sides of the Iron Curtain, "which
culminated on revival of the Cold War leading to a climax
of almost unprecedented stress in those days. From
2010, Deccio, be afraid of "Games of Hecatomb" of the
superpowers, but not the end but the beginning, since
the real danger will come later when the system is really
tested and operational, approximately 2013-2014
This is my opinion that this conjunction (Jupiter /
Uranus) represents the mother figure of August 2010.
The other two players who were in conjunction when
talking about the project first STAR WARS, Saturn and
Pluto playing here in this figure, but this time in
opposition and quadrature respective partner Jupiter -
Uranus, a highly significant fact also dangerous

The difference is, that while in 1984 earlier this year,

there was peaceful conjunction Jupiter - Neptune
announcing an easing of the tense international situation,
which actually took shape during the months following
the astronomical event - astrology, without But on the
contrary, in 2010 the Jupiter - Uranus 0 ° Aries is the
"spearhead" of the T-SQUARE tensísima structure that
involves all the "slow" except Neptune, anticipating
certain that 2010 is just "The door "of a number of years
very sensitive to security and international relations".

Bucharest, February 4, 2010 .- "Romania confirmed

Thursday plans to install in country strategic components
of U.S. missile defense system based on land, as part of
the new strategy for the administration of President
Barack Obama for Europe.

The president, Traian Basescu, reported that the Supreme

Defense Council adopted a U.S. proposal to include a
European country, presumably aimed at potential missile
attacks or medium-range missiles.

The invitation came through the Secretary of State for

Arms Control and International Security Affairs, Ellen
Tauscher, according to the Romanian president.

He said land interceptor missiles will be installed

(operational 2015), components of the new version of the
shield with which brandishes the Pentagon's European
allies protection against hypothetical threats.

Bucharest's answer has to do with his visit here last

October, Vice President Joseph Biden for support to
military planning for an Obama administration, among
the nations that called for the U.S. major partners such as
Poland and republic Republic, in Eastern Europe.

Basescu added that in the near future will hold bilateral

talks with a view to a definitive agreement, which shall
be subject to approval by the Romanian Parliament.

Washington insists the missile shield is not designed to

neutralize the deterrent potential of Russia and control
their space on the western flank. Conversely, Moscow
reacted with concern to the recent announcement on the
deployment in Poland of an initial endowment of Patriot
missiles, the U.S. bill.

Russian officials say the plans break the strategic

balance, undermine mutual trust and put aside the
interests of other parties on national and regional
security.

Discontent with Russia and other strategic issues pending

on the bilateral agenda, Obama was forced to cancel
plans for a way to install a third region of the ballistic
shield in Poland and the Czech Republic, designed by the
administration of George W. Bush.

The new missile against missiles of medium and short

range incorporates elements and sea-based mobile
platforms will be deployed in a much broader geography
than the last, like the Caucasus and the Black Sea.

Without revealing details of the plan with U.S., Romanian

president said in a general sense that the system is not
against Russia but against other threats.

Basescu made clear that Romania's participation in

Washington's plans to entrench the U.S. association and
is part of its contribution as a member of NATO.

Romania ceded its territory for several years at a U.S.

military base, like BulgaRusia reserves the right to a
nuclear attack in case of external aggression with nuclear
or conventional weapons, as the new military doctrine
adopted by the Russian president, Dmitri Medvedev .
The doctrine which was announced by the Kremlin on its
website, said that Russia would resort to nuclear
weapons "if threatened the very existence of the State".

"Russia claims the right to use nuclear weapons in

response to use against them or their allies from nuclear
weapons and other weapons of mass destruction, and
also in case of aggression against Russia with
conventional weapons," explains.

The statement came after Romania agreed to host

interceptor ballistic part of the new U.S. missile defense
system. Romanian President Traian Basescu, said the
project was approved by the Supreme Defense Council.
The government document states that Russia will
respond militarily to any attack against a member of the
so-called Russia-Belarus Union State and the
Organization of Collective Security Treaty (CSTO), the
post-Soviet military alliance.

Russia refers to the principle of collective security force

in the CSTO (Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,
Tajikistan and Uzbekistan). It also refers to the
proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, terrorism,
land claims and potential conflicts with neighboring
countries. "

THE COLD WAR
"COLD WAR"
HISTORICAL CHRONOLOGY - TEMPORARY
In autumn 1983 came one of the most tense moments
and last of the Cold War, the increased tension reached
its limit when both sides of the "Iron Curtain" the two
then superpowers, the USSR and the United, with the
disagreement over nuclear disarmament, led the
deployment of missiles armed with nuclear warheads on
the territory of the two Germanys. It was called the
"Crisis Euromissiles" of the Reagan era. These historical
events were the root of soaring military spending of the
USSR that would result in six years after the definitive
collapse of this country and its break from the fall of the
Berlin Wall on 9 November 1989.

Military arsenals of the two Powers
Thus the Russian SS-20 and U.S. Pershing, gave way to
war of the future, then called by the Republican
administration of Reagan's "Star Wars project, which
never took effect.

It seemed today that the idea was finally abandoned, on

arrival at the White House of the Democratic
administration of Barack Obama, when in November last
year stated publicly abandoning the old republican
project might require given the economic situation
through the first power, but surprisingly in an unusual
turn of 180 ° observed today with the agreements
reached with the Romanian administration to install
defensive batteries on its territory, that "The Project" has
been finally buried, a fact that has motivated the
rejection of not just Russia who believe that these
defenses are just that, and can not reprogram their
military objectives directed against its territory.

Russia is not without good arguments to fuel doubts, one

way or another the Atlantic Alliance is fencing from all
sides, along the lines of a former Reagan-era plan, called
the "Ring of Freedom" (there Atlantic ambitions fall
Covert NATO membership to Ukraine and Georgia), or at
least that's the Russian sense, those who feel threatened
from bordering countries, and old allies, with the
installation of nuclear weapons from its traditional
military enemy .

To understand the similarities with the first Euromissiles

crisis, which led to the two powers to one of the most
pelgrooss of the Cold War in 1983 will some history:

ARMS RACE IN EUROPE

1983: THE FIRST CRISIS EUROMISSILES
After the failure of the CSCE, Commission on Security and
Cooperation in Europe, the tension is also seen in other
situations. Euromissiles The crisis led to Carter to
proclaim the grain embargo and high-tech products to the
USSR -4 to January 20, 1980 - and to boycott the Moscow
Olympics, which joined 55 other nations. As a result of
non-participation of the USA in the Olympic Games in
Moscow, the USSR, for retaliation, followed by 13 other
countries, did not attend the Olympics in Los Angeles in
1984.
SALT I agreements signed in 1973 represented a
reciprocal recognition between the superpowers of the
principle of parity in strategic armaments and an
agreement to limit the number of its intercontinental
missiles. However, almost at the same time, the USSR
began a forced modernization of its arsenal which gave
him a distinct advantage over the U.S..

First, without violating the terms of SALT I tripled the

number of its warheads, adapting multiple warheads to
their next-generation launch vehicles. In addition,
completing construction of a new intermediate-range
missile -4.000/5.000 km-, SS-20-directed essentially
against Western Europe and because of their technical
characteristics was not included in the SALT negotiations.
Since 1977, Moscow deploys a network installation of 330
rockets to SSLa20 throughout Eastern Europe.

In early 1980 the military imbalance is evident. In

addition to extending superior conventional forces of the
Warsaw Pact, the USSR appears as the first nuclear
military power on the globe. A huge arsenal built by a
considerable financial effort: the U.S. donates 5% of its
GDP to this process in the USSR this figure amounted to
15%.

The talks on arms control are, in this context, very

difficult. SALT II negotiations began in 1977-and that a
broader agreement intended to end with the signing
between Brezhnev and Carter from an agreement
(Vienna, 15-18 June 1979), which limits the number and
type of nuclear launch intercontinental for each of the
two countries. But did not reduce the SALT II arms race,
but is limited simply to slow its progress. The United
States Senate did not ratify it because of increasing
tensions with the USSR and judge him very favorable for
Moscow.

Other meetings will have similar results. Negotiations on

the reduction of forces in Europe, MBFR (Mutual Balanced
Forces Reduction) started in Vienna in October 1973 with
the participation of NATO and the Warsaw Pact that an
assessment can fail without the strength of each party,
propose reductions or create an inspection system
acceptable to all. The meetings on intermediate range
nuclear forces - Geneva, 30 November 1981 - and
negotiations for START (Strategic and Tactic Armaments
Reduction Talks), on strategic arms reductions and
tactical-Geneva, 29 June 1982 - are locked .

The cloud Euromissiles all meetings. Since 1979, NATO

condemned the deployment of SS-20 and adopted in
December 'double decision' offer to Moscow to start
negotiations or in his absence, to strengthen its military
machine in Europe. Specifically, the deployment of U.S.
intermediate-range missiles, Pershing II and Cruise, with
whom the U.S. now could reach Soviet territory from
Western Europe.

The Soviet responses are delaying new proposals

launched by Reagan on 18 November 1981, the zero
option: no installation of Pershing and Cruise in exchange
for the dismantling of the SS20. In parallel, the president
of the United States increases the defense budget
between 1980 and 1985 increased by 64%. European
societies are troubled: on one hand, large social groups
and public opinion - in Bonn, London, Rome, Brussels and
Paris ( "human chain" of 106 km long on 22 and 23
October 1983) -- developed against the militarization
peace campaigns that are presented as the renewal of
the Peace Movement of the fifties, otherwise,
governments are forced-in opposite direction to a course
in political realism. The rejection of Moscow and the
victory of the conservative-liberal coalition in West
Germany, March 1983, enables the deployment of
Pershing in West Germany on 22 November with the
support of France, in an operation subsequently extended
to other countries and that means a victory for NATO and
a major failure for the USSR.

All this increased military tension between the two

"Blocks" is part of training as a landmark astronomical -
astrological, the "Doriforia" 1979-1983, a narrow angle
of all the planets that reached its peak be contained in an
arc of 72 degrees of the ecliptic (13 November 1982). The
Planetary Concentrator Index of Henri Gouchon,
developed and subsequently renamed as cyclical index
Barbault Andre Planetarium, revealed an increase in
tension in this period.

CYCLICAL INDEX
From 1946 to 1949 the French astrologer Henri Gouchon
published annual forecasts based on an interesting graph
to which he called Planetary Concentration Index. It
consisted of a sine curve representing the distribution of
the five planets Zodiac slower (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus,
Neptune and Pluto). This exciting innovation in the world
of astrology went almost unnoticed at first. Gradually,
however, some authors were studying, rescuing and at
the same time, trying to perfect it. There emerged some
variants of the same. One of the salvage of this study was
the French astrologer Andre Barbault, who in the '60s
and adapted it gave him the name of cyclical indicators.

In the Loop Index graph we see peaks corresponding to

phases in general, recovery or boom, while the valleys of
the sine curve quite accurately mark the most critical
moments in the history of the twentieth century. Let us
briefly review: Just the two valleys are more pronounced,
with reasonable accuracy, to the First and Second World
Wars, the next valley, that of the '50s, marking the
crucial starting point of the Cold War, and also Korean
War, that of the 60 discoursed with the Vietnam War,
Revolution and Mao's Red May '68, the late 70s coincided
with the coming to power of Ayatollah Khomeini in Iran
and the invasion of Afghanistan by Soviet troops. While
the latter draws valley practically the 1991 Gulf War and
the extraordinary political restructuring that was given at
the end of the century.

This combination comes amid a tremendous
concentration planet, known in astrological terms classic
"Doriforia" shows that there is no real structure, so
perhaps its effects are more mixed. All the planets were
in a radius of about 120 °, between Leo and Sagittarius, a
fact undoubtedly anomalous, so unusual, which increased
international tension in a truly dangerous escalation. It is
at this moment that relaunches the Cold War in its most
avant-garde in terms of weaponry is concerned. The
mismatch between the USSR and the USA leads to the
breakdown of Soviet American talks on disarmament and
produces the dreaded Euromissiles facility SS-20 and
Pershing on both sides of the Iron Curtain. " The tension
had been growing over the decade change of pace in the
sky were shaken angular distances between planets
Astrological a synchronous process with the formation of
"Doriforia. The Iranian Revolution of Khomeini, whose
influence remains unfortunately even today, was
certainly a relevant fact that configurational wave, which
began in 1979 reached its zenith angle narrowing in
1982-83. Also relevant were the invasion of Afghanistan
by the USSR and the Polish crisis, beginning of the
disintegration of the Soviet Bloc that would occur years
later in 1989.

This leads to the moment of maximum tension between

the two blocs arms once again on European soil.

A fact which I consider of utmost importance is that it

was then when I first talked about "STAR WARS", a
challenging technological Uranian Jovian under an overall
idea.

The conjunction occurred in Sagittarius so I ended up

being a forward-looking idea, let us not forget that at
that time was simultaneously also a conjunction of
Saturn - Pluto, just the other two protagonists of the
future crisis whose horizon is very close in the summer of
2010.

1983 is a time of great cumulative stress, but not astral

structure, there are no relations between these "four
runners" but two conjunctions in a large agglomeration
or doriforia that incites heightened tension and crisis and
Planetary Agglomeration Index , to study and develop
Gouchon Barbault later, at the time indicated. However
the process was completed with a conjunction Jupiter -
Neptune that broke all the tension through diplomatic
procedures during 1984. It is necessary here to note the
similarity with the current process, but to the contrary,
this will be evident throughout 2010, first we have seen
the conjunction Jupiter - Neptune, which has relaunched
the diplomacy and détente throughout 2009, now in 2010
from the spring, we will break the hopes for peace that
then appear to have been only a dream, a mirage
Neptunian.
WINDOW OF CYCLES
Maximum "narrowing" doryphoria 1982-
1984
1983, the arms race is triggered international
accentuating the decline: the Soviets abandoned all
disarmament negotiations and announced the increase of
its nuclear arsenal.

But the U.S. decision to advance a greater extent: on 23

March 1983, Reagan announced the project of the
Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) - "Star Wars" - inspired
by the ideas of the ultra-conservative groups including
the Heritage Foundation to imagine a sort of Maginot line
space. The IDS space shield protector installed on the
United States against ballistic missiles would be
intercepted and destroyed by the laser before reaching
American soil. Thus America would be free of nuclear
danger. The program, which benefited from funding of $
26,000 million over five years has a destabilizing
character to question the principle of mutual deterrence
and appears as a challenge to the Soviet Union, whose
leaders want to Washington his resignation to the project
and the resumption of disarmament negotiations. Even
more: in May 1986, Reagan announced the retirement in
his country, effective from November, respect for various
points on the SALT II nuclear arms limitation.

The Soviets are unable to afford the new military

challenge of "Star Wars" given the stagnation of its
economy and greatly exhausted after more than twenty
years of an arms race, and will be forced, with Gorbachev
at their head-to seek a new way of relaxation.

This phase of Soviet-American tension created equally,

misunderstandings between the Atlantic partners. In the
context of defense and strategic aspects, Western Europe
prefer to preserve the course of its dialogue with the
countries of Eastern policy that Reagan seemed to
question. United States, for their part, European behavior
seen in a dangerous slide, especially when the massive
Siberian gas contracts are interpreted as a form of
dependence on its supplier, the USSR. But neither the
Europeans - still dependent on strategic Washington-
have a convergent front. The "Star Wars" divide Western
Europe from the threat of fracture of the block
defensive place between the American and European
defense. Despite the reluctance to participate in the IDS,
English, Italians and Germans began their contacts with
Washington in 1985 and 1986. For its part, France draws
up a European initiative itself: the Eureka project.

ARMS RACE IN EUROPE

2010: SECOND CRISIS EUROMISSILES
They are already assembled all the ingredients to revive,
thirty years later, "the crisis of Euromissiles.

It seems incredible that 30 years after the Crisis

Euromissiles, Europe reconsider the deployment of
tactical weapons of deterrence, this time for a possible
Iranian or North Korean attack, rather than Soviet.
Everything pointed to Poland and the Czech Republic as
countries that play the role of beachhead of this new
weapon system, but development of this strategy is not
clear, in fact publicly renounced Barak Obama last
November, NATO will not feel connected and the EU
wants to be left out. The U.S. pressure may not only
reissue Atlantic tensions that arose when the invasion of
Iraq but also the continental divisions at a critical time in
the European process. If the fallacy of weapons of mass
destruction in Iraq that were allegedly caused the most
serious crisis Atlantic in 2002, the Iranian threat or
Korean (likely, not as the alleged Iraqi threat) can drag
the Europeans to a new era of tensions , as caused by the
Iraqi crisis, also leads nowhere.

WINDOW OF CYCLES
Systemic crisis of capitalism and its
phases
The crusade against terrorism after the 11-S, its
ramifications in Afghanistan and antinuclear whims of the
Bush administration in Iraq have encouraged some
alignments-such as Poland. "The arrogance of the
superpower intimidates those who had the temerity to
oppose?

Belgium could fit into this category. At the NATO summit

in Riga, Brussels voted against the decision of the
Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defense of the Senate
(which envisaged the withdrawal of nuclear weapons
stored at Kleine Brogel, under Article VI of the Treaty
Non-proliferation, NPT). Why this issue was presented in
the background after a great debate in full color and
dozens of auditions? "For his opposition to the Iraq war,
recently explained the CNAPD Arnaud Ghys (National
Coordinator-Belgian-action for peace and democracy).

But in Berlin the situation is different. The Germans,

including by Rumsfeld in "Old Europe" from staging anti-
nuclear in Iraq and are unwilling to make any sacrifice for
the Atlantic solidarity, or to tolerate its eastern neighbors
experience an American technology to adjust its accounts
Moscow. One thinks what one thinks of the fist on the
table in the Wehrkunde Putin in February, and with all
due respect to French myopia on the subject
(electioneering requires), the future debate on European
security will also require reflection on the relationship
between Russia and Europe.

For a little clearer and put things back in place since the
case of Euromissiles, there is no reason to distort the
debate, much less bury him, "because of the hasty
accession countries described as" bad Europeanized "
whose primary function seems to be the destabilization of
the entire European transatlantic radicalism name.

The Afghan adventure has nothing to do with NATO and

on the other hand, the Iranian nuclear affair either. But
the U.S. is trying to embark once again allies in its "global
vision". We are seeing some reps.

Not worth philosophizing about the subtle distinction

between "global alliance" and "alliance of global
partners." If the "out of area" out of area, is subject to all
sorts of contortions since the 70s, it's not fashionable to
remember, especially since 11 September 2001, the
North Atlantic Treaty states that " NATO's action is
limited to the territory of members ", everyone would
rather forget that sections 5 and 6 present a project of
collective self-defense, a collective response" if an armed
attack against Europe or America. "
The most European allies hope that NATO not expand
coveting the Japanese, Australians and Israelis morning.
That, at least, the desire expressed by the Quai d'Orsay
(French Foreign Ministry), but the French position is
delicate. And rightly so, "There are more French than
American troops under the NATO flag," remembered
Richard Duque recently, France's permanent
representative at NATO, adding: "what is a bit
paradoxical. If you think about the involvement in the
Afghan quagmire, the paradox may cost expensive. "Over
time, NATO forces risk appearing like an army of
occupation" forecasts Belgian Defense Minister. Now that
American triumphalism is no longer acceptable in Iraq,
some allies seek an "exit strategy" in Afghanistan, a
country that was the highlight of the summit in Riga
(contrary to forecasts).

From Kabul to Tehran

JUPITER - URANUS
NEXT CONJUNCTION
June 8, 2010 partile conjunction Jupiter /
Uranus at 0 ° 17 Aries
This time the backdrop is a sign Aries ruled by Mars. It is
neither pacifist Libra Venus in 1969, nor the ideological
Sagittarius 1983 or the 1997 Aquarius socializing, but the
martial sign of Aries and Mars owner.

I thought discarded surprising sudden abandonment of

the project by the new administration of Democrat
Obama, my first hypothesis concerning this combination
would be associated with the final development of the
"Missile Shield" earlier baptized under President Ronald
Reagan as "War Project Galaxies ", but before his"
resurrection "also suddenly, in the form of the treaty
signed by the Administracción Democrat Obama with
Romania for the installation of missile defense last
February 4, rescued my first and original hypothesis,
which should be most clearly evident in the vicinity of
first contact between the two bodies partile Jupiter and
Uranus will occur on June 8, 2010.

With thirty years apart, the play is coming. As we see it

coming then. Today Europeans are at risk of being
shipped, despite himself, in an anti-WMD (weapons of
mass destruction) as that seen in Iraq, in which the
weapons belonged to the realm of fantasy and not to of
reality. France since 1995 and joined NATO's integrated
command, indeed, Paris is co-chair of a committee
against NATO nuclear proliferation. In the debate over
Euromissiles, Paris attempted to manipulate the
information confidential. Remember the famous slogan:
"The missiles are in the East and the pacifists in the
West." If French officials suggest that the main threat
tomorrow comes from Tehran, will reflect this view of
Mitterrand who loved Reagan but did not fool anyone.

Today the Romanians say the missile has nothing to do

with the Russians, but added without fear of
embarrassment that this deployment will give them a
security guarantee "against Moscow." At the time, the
missiles in Comiso were not intended for the Middle
East though its extent could not reach Moscow. If an
Iranian missile that exists mostly in the imagination of
the Pentagon will look tomorrow for the peoples of
Eastern Europe ... can be expected to have European
leaders to remember that a missile designed to
intercept a missile against an Iranian missile can be
reprogrammed Russian!

Transits and Progressions ON RUSSIA

July 31, 2010
Transits ABOUT U.S.
July 30, 2010
In the Belgian Senate report on the future of NATO, in
which senators would do well in French-inspired
refieria only one paragraph to the opportunity or not to
deploy ABM systems by 2011 in Central Europe (Poland
and Czech Republic) to intercept an Iranian missile
attack NBC. Why so smoothly? Pending the
consequences: Russian rearmament and questioning
the INF Treaty (Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces,
Treaty on intermediate-range missiles and shorter) of
the NPT, the leaders Poles, Czechs (now Romanian)
seem to forget that his territory is in Europe. What
about the other allies? While distorted from Riga on the
common funding of U.S. operations, is another bill
coming: the price of nuclear counterproliferation
desired by Washington.

In short it is not the first time the heterogeneous

coalition, officially aimed at protecting the European
area, it invents new missions and does not meet its
responsibilities under the Act of creation. "With the
backdrop of the fiasco of the IED (European Defense
Identity) is a new risk-date of" decoupling "? The term
is no longer present although the "couple" transatlantic
squabbles survives coup marital rituals. The term no
longer appears anywhere, and yet ...

If the first crisis resulted in the INF Treaty (twenty

years ago), the current crisis may have the advantage
of leading to a debate avoided, as prolonged,
obstructed: the European identity. In all the 27
member countries, the favorable opinion on NATO went
from 69% in 2002 to 55% in 2006. In Poland, for
example, favorable opinions have declined from 64% in
2002 to 48% in 2006. All this and with the deepening
economic crisis - system suffering could inflame the
minds of the mass resolved in a new resurgence of
European popular response in the form of mass
movements as experienced rejection before and at the
beginning of the invasion of Iraq.
