Introduction
Reiki Level Two is a major step forward in your development as a healer and in
terms of personal spiritual growth.
The major differences you will experience in Reiki 2 include a dramatic
increase in energy and increased sensitivity to energy flow. These changes are
accompanied by clearer intuition and awareness of the presence of Reiki guides.
You may also experience profound personal changes in your behaviour, beliefs
and attitudes. Channelling Reiki contributes to detoxifying worn-out patterns of
thought and releasing emotional restrictions. The process can be very
challenging and demanding. Similarly, channelling Reiki at level 2 can
facilitate and even necessitate physical changes. This can be described as a
detoxification process as your body begins demanding purer and more ethical
sources of food, and refuses toxic input. Ultimately, the whole process is
intensely rewarding, allowing you to grow to your full potential.
Several areas of training are covered in Reiki 2. The first area is the use and
application of Reiki symbols. The second area includes techniques for
developing your healing skills, followed by a detailed study of the chakra
system. The third area incorporates techniques to advance your ability as a
healer and enhance your own spiritual path. After all, there is much more to
Reiki than healing; namely, spiritual evolution. As we evolve spiritually, we
become stronger and more sensitive healers for the benefit of all.

Zadkiel said to me, Its not only those

hours when you sequester yourself
for spiritual practice that are important.
You need to make everything you do
become a spiritual endeavour.

Meditation
Reiki 2 training begins with meditation. This is an essential aspect of spiritual
and personal growth because meditation calms the mind and opens the channels
for energy to flow freely through you.
Meditation deepens mindfulness, which is essential during both the healing
process and in your daily experience of life. As a healer, it is important to be
aware of what patients are feeling energetically, emotionally and physically. You
need to be tuned into the person moment by moment so you can effectively
support them and guide them through the healing process.
Meanwhile, mindfulness (bare attention) is a vital method for knowing your
deep self, your true feelings and thoughts as they occur, for gaining awareness
of your strengths and weaknesses, biases and fears. By being aware of all these
aspects of self, you gain control over them. You will no longer be controlled by
thoughts and feelings that constantly occur, automatically and subconsciously in
your mind. By knowing yourself, you can learn to release your attachment to
that self. This release allows the energy of the universe to flow unhindered by
the human ego, its limitations and illusions.
It is helpful to meditate before any Reiki training, healing or distance healing.
The basic meditation technique involves observing the breathing as it comes in
and out of the nostrils. Watch the sensation of inhaling carefully, observe a
pause, and follow the feeling of exhaling as it passes through the rim of the
nostrils.
Any time you are distracted from your focus by thoughts or feelings, simply
bring your attention back to the breathing process, your anchor in the here and
now. This process allows you to observe thoughts and emotions without
getting involved in them. It also heightens your awareness of physical
sensations and the flow energy throughout the body.
It is highly recommended that all Reiki healers pursue more advanced
meditation techniques at a temple or meditation centre.

Review of Reiki 1
Before getting too far into Reiki 2, it is helpful for teacher and students to
exchange ideas, experience and techniques from Reiki 1. This helps the teacher
be aware of students background, as well as helping students gain knowledge
of the variety of concepts and practices that exist in Reiki.
The review session includes topics such as:

Hand positions for self healing

Hand positions for healing others
Purification techniques
Requesting Reiki
Reiki blessings
Touching and sensing guidelines
Flexibility and strictness among teachers and students
Exchange of healing experiences

Attunement to Reiki 2
An attunement by a qualified Reiki
Master is required to gain access to the
energy of Reiki 2. The teacher prepares
the training area through a process of
purification in which you may be asked
to assist. The purification includes the
use of Reiki symbols, incense, candles,
physical cleaning of room, hands and
feet, meditation, and other procedures
that are appropriate under the
circumstances.
The Reiki Master performs a sacred
ceremony with each student, similar to
the one you experienced in Level 1. The
ceremony is a request for Reiki to attune
the student to receive symbols, energy,
protection, and awareness of Reiki
guides or stronger intuition. The process
takes 12 to 14 minutes, and is followed
by the student doing a self healing to
experience the flow of Reiki 2 energy for themselves.
The attunement process opens you up to a profound
experience of energy and spirit. Students often
perceive colours surrounding the master or around the
healing area. Intuition sharply increases with Reiki 2.
You may experience this intuition as feelings, as an
inner voice of wisdom, or as visions that instruct you.
Reiki spirit guides also become more manifest, which
you may experience as an additional presence during
healings, or visually see, depending on your level of
psychic perception.

Reiki Symbols
Three Reiki symbols are studied at this level. Each symbol is placed into the
students crown, heart and hands, as a technique for invoking and activating the
flow of energy.
The most powerful aspect of Reiki 2 is embodied in the use of Reiki symbols to
accomplish healing. These symbols were realized by Usui during his 21 day
meditation fast in the late 19th century. Some researchers have traced these
symbols, and hundreds of others, back to ancient Tibetan healing traditions that
were in use between 2000 and 3000 years ago. The Reiki system in present use
includes three primary symbols. Although you may find variations in the
symbols in various texts, the purpose and character of each symbol remains the
same.
Please honour the
sacredness of these
symbols. Although they
are no longer kept secret
as had been the case for
thousands of years, it is
best to regard them with
the highest esteem.
Please do not leave
pictures of the symbols
lying about carelessly.
Please do not reveal them
to those who may be
unable to share your
respect for the sacred.

The three symbols are:

Cho Ku Rei: CKR: The Power Symbol
Sei Hay Ki: SHK: The Emotional Symbol
Hon Sha Zey Sho Nen: HSZ: The Distance Symbol

Using the Symbols

The symbols are used in numerous situations during healing and meditation
sessions. The following suggestions provide basic guidelines for using the
symbols. As you gain experience with Reiki 2, use the symbols intuitively.
Until then, follow these procedures as much as possible.
Touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth whenever you activate the
symbols. This connects the two major energy channels of the body.
Drawing symbols on paper
At first, practice drawing the symbols on paper until they become familiar to
you and you memorize them. Draw them as large or small as you like,
following the examples in the next three sections. To activate a symbol, tap it
with your hand three times while saying the name of the symbol aloud.
Drawing symbols on the palms
Once you are accurate and confident drawing the symbols with pen and paper,
trace the symbols into your palm chakras using your index finger. Draw each
symbol, and then tap it three times as described above.
Drawing symbols in the air
Using your palm chakra, draw the symbols in the air. Upon completion, clap
your hands on the symbol while saying the name of the symbol aloud. This
activates the symbol in the room and in your hands. Project the symbols from
your palm chakra onto each of the surfaces of the room.
Visualizing the symbols
As you become more familiar with the symbols, visualize them silently in your
mind. With your eyes closed, imagine drawing the symbols (using colour if you
like). Imagine the symbols any size you like, as small as a cell, or as large as
the world. Mentally transmit the symbol deeply into the chakras of your
patients, or to the core of anything that you aim to heal.
At first, it may be necessary to draw each individual stroke of the symbols. In
time, you will find the symbols appear in your mind in their complete form. As
always, say the name of the symbol (silently or aloud) to activate it.

Sending symbols mentally

As you become more proficient with the
drawing and visualizing of symbols, you will be
able to send them anywhere, at will. This is
most effective in distance healing sessions, or
sending the symbols into areas that need healing.
Choose the colour, or let colours arise naturally.
As always, say the name of the symbol three
times, feeling the sacred sound of each name.
Meditating on the symbols
Each of the Reiki symbols has its own
consciousness. Meditate on the symbols and
receive guidance and insight into their use.

Universal connection
The symbols are used on every chakra
during every healing. Visualize the
symbols coming in through your crown
chakra down to your heart, and then
emanating from your heart through your
arms and out your palm chakras. Intend,
and see, the symbols entering the patients
chakra, penetrating deeply to the core of
their being. This completes a sacred
universal connection between all beings,
and generates deeper compassion and
connection between you, your patient, and
all beings.

Cho Ku Rei
The first symbol in Reiki 2 is called Cho Ku Rei (CKR). This symbol greatly
increases the power of the Reiki that you channel. The line on the top depicts
Shiva (male energy of the universe). The vertical line represents energy
emanating from heaven to earth. The spirals represent Shakti (Goddess energy).
Note that the spirals touch the diagonal line a total of seven times,
corresponding to the seven chakras.
The primary uses and characteristics of Cho Ku Rei (clockwise) are as follows:

Increase power
Protect your chakras
Use in every healing
Use with every chakra
Focus on physical healing
Protection on walls, aura, etc.
Empower water, food, plants, etc.
Energize crystals

Begin drawing the symbol from the top left,

followed by a downward stroke. This is
followed by a series of 3 clockwise spirals,
crossing the vertical line.
Cho Ku Rei (Clockwise)
Alternatively, the orbits can be drawn anticlockwise. The anti-clockwise CKR is used to:

Disperse energy
Remove negativity from cysts
Remove negativity from auras
Ground the soles of the feet

Ask your patients if they have any

physical ailments they would like to
heal. Discussing those issues helps
you focus the intent of CKR.
Cho Ku Rei (anti-clockwise)

Sei He Ki
The second symbol in Reiki 2 is called Sei He Ki (SHK). This symbol focuses
on emotional issues and purification. Some define the SHK as God and
humanity become one.
SHK resembles the two sides of the human brain. The left side combines angles
with straight lines, representing the left side of the human brain, being logical
and linear. The right side is curving, representative of human creativity and
imagination. Its primary characteristics and uses can be summarized as follows:

Use for emotional healing

Use in every healing session
Use on every chakra or organ
Balance left and right sides of the brain
Release emotional pain
Release stress from its origin
Guard against negative energies
Purify chakras, rooms, auras
Purify food, water, plants
Purify crystals
Visualize during meditation
Visualize to release bad habits
Visualize in stressful situations

During healings, you may be inspired to ask the patient questions. Follow your
intuition and you will know what to ask. Begin with general questions such as,
Are there any emotional issues on your mind that you would like to heal?
Are there any situations in your life that you would like to overcome? More
specific questions will intuitively arise of their own accord.

SHK helps patients release negative

emotions. Combining the power of SHK
with well-timed, compassionate questions
creates a powerful synergy between
Western psychological practices and
Eastern energy disciplines.

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen (HSZ) is the third, and most complex, of the Reiki 2
symbols. It can be defined as No past, no present, no future. In Chinese, it
can be literally translated as Root is today; heart, suggesting that the root of
all issues is in the here and now. As you practice Reiki, you may experience a
sense of timelessness, and transcend orthodox concepts of time. The principal
uses and characteristics of HSZ can be summarized as follows:

Heals the mental body

Heals the conscious mind
Heals the sub-conscious mind
Builds a bridge for transmitting
distance healing
Heals the past
Enhances the future (see later section)
Used for Karmic healing
The diagram to the left shows HSZ along with
numbers to indicate the order in which the
lines must be drawn. Practice drawing this
symbol frequently to assure that you
memorize it accurately.

An explanation for using HSZ in distance healing is

on page 16.
An explanation for using HSZ for enhancing future
events can be found on page 34.

Hands-on Healing with Reiki 2

Healing with Reiki 2 is more complex than in Reiki 1. The healer is
transmitting higher energy, developing as a channel, gaining deeper intuition
and tuning into the patients energies and thoughts. The following list will
guide you through your healings to be sure you include all the essential steps for
the well being of both you and your patient.
Before the healing
1. Purify healing room with incense or candles
2. Request the presence of Reiki to conduct the healing
3. Invoke your higher self, Reiki guides and divine beings to empower the
healing
4. Use SHK to purify all the walls, ceiling, floor and healing surface
5. Use CKR to protect walls, ceiling, floor and healing surface
6. Draw or visualize all three symbols in your hands and aura
7. Visualize white or golden light all around yourself for added protection
Discussion before the healing
1. Be sure you have the patients
permission to do the healing
2. Discuss the healing process
3. Ask which issues the patient would
like to resolve
4. Explain that this is co-healing
between Reiki, healer and patient
5. Ask patient what changes they are
willing to make to improve their well-being

Sweep hands through aura to get a feeling for the patients energy
Determine if healing should begin at crown or at feet (ask for guidance)
Place your hands above first position, gradually come closer to the body
Decide if you will make physical contact, or stay in the aura (depends on
the chakra, the patient and your intuition)
Allow energy to flow
Visualize all three symbols flowing into every chakra
Discuss the healing or ask questions to support patients healing process
At a more advanced level, analyze each chakra and diagnose issues (see
section on chakras for details)

Distance Healing with Reiki 2

The most fascinating aspect of Reiki 2 for most people is the ability to conduct
distance healings. These healings transcend time, allowing the healer to direct
energy into the past, present or future. Send distance healing real-time, or
arrange it to arrive at an agreed upon time. You can also request Reiki to repeat
any number of times in the coming days.
Before the distance healing
Receive permission from the recipient to send the healing (personally or
psychically)
Purify your healing area
Sit quietly in a meditative state free from any disturbances
Mentally purify the area where the person is receiving the healing
Visualize the person and make contact with them
The distance healing process
Mentally perform each of the procedures as in a hands-on healing.
Optional distance healing techniques
Hold a photograph in your hands to assist the visualization process
Write down your exact healing intentions and hold the paper between
your hands during the healing; draw the 3 symbols on the paper as well
Use your own knee or leg as a representative of the person receiving
the healing; move your hands according to the healing positions that you
are visualizing
Closing the healing process
Close the distance healing process by mentally following the same
procedures as in a hands-on healing
After the healing is complete
Follow up with the patient by phone or e-mail to discuss any insights or
questions that arose during the healing

Developing yourself as a Healer

Developing your knowledge of chakras, studying anatomy more deeply, and
practicing a variety of energy techniques will all contribute to your
evolution as a healer. Here is a list of practices to enhance your ability to
channel Reiki.

Daily meditation (especially prior to healings)

Daily practice of yoga or Tai Chi
Regular self healing with Reiki
Create a high energy healing area with plants and flowers, essential oils,
incense, spiritual music, cleanliness, fresh air, etc.
Study the yoga art of Pranayama breathing
Take regular physical exercise
Avoid smoking, drinking or drugs
Minimize or eliminate your intake of meat products (see goveg.com)
Practice detoxification and fasting procedures
Request Reiki guides to support your practice
Keep mindful of feelings and thoughts as they occur
Journal your healing sessions for future reflection

Here are several detailed procedures that you can gradually add to your healing
technique.
Blessings
Thought, like Reiki, is a powerful energy. Thus, it is essential to develop your
thoughts in positive, sacred terms, especially for making divine blessings and
devotions. Create your own wording to begin and to complete healing sessions
to express your divine intentions and gratitude.
Grounding
To ground yourself after a healing, visualize a beam of white light showering
down on your crown chakra. Allow the light to rinse away any negative energy.
Additionally, imagine roots growing from your feet into the earth in order to
ground yourself more thoroughly.
Sensing Energy
Use this technique to develop sensitivity in your hands. Breathe deeply and
exhale completely several times. Relax and surround your heart with golden

16

light. Bring the palms opposite each other and observe warmth. Experiment
with distance between palms. Put full attention to the right index finger and
point it at the left palm. From about 6 centimetres away, draw patterns with
your index finger and observe the sensations on your left palm.
Etheric Vitality Meditation
This is a preparatory meditation before healing. It helps you relax and centre.
It opens your chakra system and channels for connecting with universal energy.
Stand with your hands on your patients crown chakra. Focus on your own feet
and your connection to the earth. Then, move your focus and your energy up to
your root chakra, gradually going all the way up to your crown chakra.
Self Knowledge
Self knowledge means knowing all parts of ourselves, even the parts we do not
like. Just accept that you have those parts, and then gently work on your self.
Be aware that what you dont like in others may be because they reflect your
shadow self. Keep in mind that the body stores emotional experience. So, pain
in the body reflects pain in the emotions. You may find that yoga is needed to
release from the body what meditation releases from the mind. Include yoga
meditation in your daily training in addition to sitting meditation.
Respect
Deeply respect each person, patient, and friend. Be aware of making judgments
and comparisons, and minimize these during healings.
Transpersonal Perspective
Transpersonal refers to the dimension of human consciousness beyond normal
awareness. It includes expansion beyond personal pleasure and pain. It allows
us to see ourselves as spiritual beings having temporary human experience,
transforms our dilemmas and permits a wider dimension of healing.
Be aware of a problem that holds tension for you
See the problem through the eyes of someone who disagrees with you and
observe the difference in perspective
Centre, meditate and see the whole situation from a higher perspective
Visualize Buddha or Jesus handling the situation
Reflect on these new perspectives and apply it to the difficult situation

The Chakra System

A chakra is an energy centre of the body. There are seven major chakras on the
body. Each one relates to our spiritual, emotional and physical bodies.
Knowledge of chakras can help with your healing practice. The diagram below
shows the complete chakra system. The following pages provide detailed
information of importance during healing sessions and for your own personal
development.
Crown chakra is located on
the top of the head. It
connects us to infinite
energy.

related to intuition, imagination
and insight.

Heart chakra relates to

emotions, love, compassion,
heart and lungs. Connects us to
divine, unconditional love.

Throat chakra relates to

true communication,
creative expression, truth
and wisdom. Also relates to
depression, throat, thyroid
and speech problems.

Solar Plexus chakra is in

the middle of the abdomen.
It relates to will, ego,
personal power, energy, and
digestive processes.
Navel chakra relates to sexual
organs and sexual issues,
pleasures and emotional issues.
.

Anatomy
As you become more advanced in your healing practice, it may be helpful to
become more familiar with the organs of the body. Study anatomy and biology
more thoroughly as part of your advanced development as a healer.

Anatomy
Basic awareness of anatomy will help you support your patients and understand
issues they are facing. These diagrams may also help you use visualization
techniques to direct the flow of Reiki.

Advanced Healing Techniques

After you have mastered the basic techniques for hands-on and distance
healings, you may want to develop a wider range of skills for dealing with
severe cases. The following techniques will be useful in your practice and in
your long term development as a healer.
Sweeping
Sweeping clears the entire body of congested or dirty energy. It can be used on
a single area such as an arm or leg, or over the entire body. It is helpful for
straightening out the aura after you have been in a patients aura. To sweep the
whole body, place your hands about 20 centimetres away from the patients
crown. Relax your fingers and allow them to curl slightly. Use a long,
continuous movement over the entire body from head to toe. Pass slowly
enough to sense energy in your hands.
As you do this, scan the body to sense the flow, or blockage, of energy in each
layer of the patients aura. Be sure to shake off any negative energy 3 times
after you get past the feet.
Scanning
You can use the sweeping technique described above as a technique for
scanning the energies of the body. Alternatively, place your right hand
(masculine) at the patients crown chakra, and then scan the body using your left
hand. This creates a circuit that helps you to sense the energies.
Balancing the chakras
After a healing, place one hand on the patients
crown, the other hand on their root. Hold this
position until you feel the energy between the
two chakras is balanced. Then, hold one hand
over the brow chakra, the other hand over the
navel chakra and balance these two chakras.
Next, move one hand to the patients throat
chakra, the other to the solar plexus and wait for
these two chakras to balance. Finally, bring both
hands to the patients heart chakra until you
sense the energy in your two hands is balanced.

Connecting the chakras

Determine which chakras need to be energized by scanning or by using a
pendulum. Place one hand on the weak chakra, and put your other hand on the
chakra above it for 1 to 3 minutes. This connects the two chakras and brings the
vibrations to a higher frequency. Keep your hand on the weak chakra, while
moving the other hand up one more chakra, until the energy stabilizes. Do this
for each chakra above, all the way to the crown.
Keeping your first hand on the weak chakra, continue moving your free hand to
the chakras below until all of the chakras have been connected to the weak one.
Note that this technique is similar to balancing all the chakras at the end of a
healing. Select which technique is most appropriate for any given situation.
Chakra spread
This technique is used for severe pain, and
takes a person to a deeper level of healing
than most other techniques. It should be
reserved for special needs and sacred
moments in healing.
Ground yourself well and then place your hands on both sides of the patients
foot for one minute to open the energy centres. Repeat on the other foot, and on
both of the patients palms.
Place both hands into energy field above the crown chakra. Gentle and slowly
spread both hands outward as far as you can reach, in essence, opening the
crown chakra. Repeat three times and carefully observe the sensations in your
hands and in your heart. Spread each chakra in a similar way. Finally, sweep
the energy away from each foot as described in the sweeping procedure.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound is for deep penetration of fractured bones, tumours, stopping internal
bleeding, arthritis, etc. Hold the thumb, index and middle fingers together and
point the fingers to make a beam. Imagine a beam of light coming from the
palm chakra, passing out the three fingers and directing the light into the area
where it is needed.
Place your other hand behind the area that you are healing to sense the deep
penetration of the light. Apply ultrasound for 3 to 5 minutes and keep the beam
moving continuously.

Swivelling
This means to swivel or spin your hips in a clockwise motion while healing.
This creates a centrifuge motion that pulls heaviness or negativity away from
the aura and away from the patient.
Stand up during the healing session, and allow your hips to swivel clockwise.
You may find that this movement occurs naturally. The spinning motion
removes negative energies from the patient and these are grounded through the
legs of the healer. Try this motion while giving Reiki to each chakra.
Magnetic pain drain and refilling
Place your left hand on the area that hurts while holding your right hand
towards the ground, away from the body. Intend to draw negative, painful
energy to travel from your left hand, across your shoulders and out your right
arm into the ground. Pump or shake your right hand to release the energy.
Continue until you feel the painful energy has been removed.
Next, reverse your hands, putting your right hand on the painful area, and
holding your left hand upwards to the sky to bring in healing energy. Fill the
area with light and warmth.
Sensing the pain ridge
When a person is experiencing acute pain, a ridge can be found in the energetic
field, usually about 25 to 30 centimetres away, but sometimes 1 to 3 metres
away! Scan their energy field from far away with your hand to sense heat,
congestion or tension. Find the ridge and smooth out the ridge as described in
the sweeping section above. Gradually bring your hand closer and closer to the
patients body until you can touch their skin without them feeling any pain.
Spinal energy flow
Place one hand on the base of the patients neck and the other hand at the base
of the spine. Visualize the energy flowing like a wave back and forth. Hold this
position until the energy flows smoothly and evenly.
Alternatively, place your fingertips directly on one side of the spine while your
thumb is on the other side (as if picking up the vertebrae). Let the energy flow
from your finger tips.

Balancing energy in the spine

With your hands cradling the patients skull, apply light pressure from your
fingertips on the stillpoints that can be seen in the anatomy diagram on the top
of page 28. This increases the flow of energy in the spine and helps release the
pain of migraines.
Therapeutic communication
Effective communication is as important to healing as the ability to channel
energy. Healing involves helping a patient see, honour and release energetic
blocks that are no longer effective for them. As a healer, you can help a patient
perceive the relationship between their emotions, beliefs and physical ailments
so they gain a fresh perspective by which to evaluate their lives. Gently assist
the patient in gaining personal insight. This is a co-creative process between
Reiki, healer and patient.
Heart Centring
Focus awareness on your heart chakra. Take a slow, deep breath and feel the
energy of compassion and caring. As you exhale, visualize the tension and
stress in your body flowing out your hands and feet. Repeat three times.
Visualize an emerald green light at your heart chakra. Then, move the light
throughout your body, effectively healing yourself through your own love.

Intend the healing that you wish for yourself

Make positive affirmations such as those found in the section on chakras
Release tension on out breath
Place your hands over your root chakra, feel life force and your sense of
belonging to the earth; sense any issues of safety and security
5. Hold each position for 1 to 3 minutes
6. Move hands to sacral chakra; sense that your body is well balanced
7. Put hands on solar plexus chakra, take energy in from the universe
8. Place hands on heart chakra and feel the flow of unconditional love
towards others and feel their love flowing into you (visualize friends)
9. Place hands on throat chakra; confirm your ability to express your being
10.Reach to the crown chakra and feel your connection to the infinite
As you become better acquainted with the characteristics of the chakra system,
bring that information into your chakra meditations.

Sending Reiki to the origin of issues

During healings, request Reiki to go back to the origin of any emotional,
mental, physical or spiritual issue. This might be a childhood trauma, or even a
situation from a previous or parallel existence (which most likely goes beyond
orthodox human comprehension). Use HSZ to connect to the origin of the
issue, and ask the energy to flow and heal the roots of the issue.
Working with Karma can be very serious, intensive and complex. It should be
pursued only after you have made significant progress as a healer. If you
progress to this level of healing, you are advised to seek the guidance of an
experienced Karmic healer.
Distant healing to your younger self
Once you are familiar with sending
distance healing to others, you can send
Reiki to yourself in the past. Use
photographs, written notes or
visualization to facilitate this type of self
healing.
If for example you are now 26 years old,
send energy back to yourself when you
were 25 years old. During your next selfhealing session, send Reiki back to when
you were 24 years old, etc. Eventually,
send Reiki to your very birth and beyond.

The quality of
healing depends
on the quality of
your intent.

Manifesting and Enhancing Future Events

Using Reiki, you have the ability to send energy to manifest what you need in
your life. The energy available in the universe is abundant, and is available to
you for the asking. Send Reiki energy to manifest those things that you need in
your life, or to support you through an upcoming event. Once you realize that
you have a right to abundance and you deserve a good life, then you can open
yourself to receive the gifts of the universe.
When making your request, be sure to follow these steps:
Never ask for something that would deprive others
Be sure that your request will not harm anyone
Do not ask for a specific job or relationship; rather, request the job or
relationship that is most suitable for you
Be careful not to violate the free will of another person
To make your manifesting as clear as possible, write down
your request or your goal. Draw or visualize double CKR
on the paper, followed by SHK for emotional focus and
HSZ for mental focus. Fold the paper and hold it between
your hands.
Sit in meditation and ask for Reiki to fulfil your request.
Your request may sound something like this: I request
these things, or their equivalent, according to free will,
harming no one, and for the benefit of all.
Similarly, you can enhance a future event by using double
HSZ. Write down your request, for example, Please
support me to do my very best during my interview on
Friday at 1:00 p.m. Hold the paper between your hands,
draw or visualize double HSZ, visualize your successful
interview, and send Reiki to the specified time and place.
Consider it done!

Thank Reiki for supporting your request

Believe in your right to abundance
Meditate, seeing the fulfilment of your request
Afterwards, place the request under a lit candle or a crystal
