CFPE Certification has been very beneficial to me, and Im working to make sure others in
our office have the same opportunity to participate in NFPAs program. At Hartsfield-Jackson
Atlanta International Airport, we review construction plans that cover highly technical issues.
Having CFPE Certification ensures the plan reviewer fully understands whats being referenced
and what to look for in the fire codes. I encourage my personnel to attain the CFPE because we
need people with these skills. In addition to being a tremendous asset on the job, the CFPE is
also very important for professional growth. If you want to make supervisor or
attain management level, you really need your CFPE.
