B.Pharmacy courses and also for remained vacant due to non - reporting of candidates after conclusion
of earlier Phases of Counselling using Old Login Id and Password.

Who can exercise options?
Candidates who have secured seats but not interested to join.
Who have not secured seats so far, but got their certificates verified.
Who have not exercised the options so far, but got their certificates verified.
Who have secured seats, reported and aspiring for a better option.
Who have reported/Not reported but cancelled their earlier Phase allotment.
Note:
1. Options given during the earlier Phases will not be considered for this Phase of
admissions for allotment of a seat and candidates have to exercise options
afresh.
2. For Eligibility Criteria, Certificates to be produced and Help Line Centres refer
earlier Notification and website: http://apeamcet.nic.in .
Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option
once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the
options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have
no claim on the previous allotment. Allotments will be placed on the website on 30.07.2015
after 6.00 PM. For vacancies and other details please visit: http://apeamcet.nic.in . It is advised
to exercise options for interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies would arise
in all colleges (University and Private) in the process of sliding. Candidates who have
reported in the colleges shall also verify whether their joining is updated by the college or not by
following the link View joining details in the Candidates Login and alert the colleges accordingly.

The candidates are also informed to report at the college on or before
25/07/2015 physically after self-reporting system and this is mandatory.
The principals/managements shall have to accept their joining report and
acknowledge the same on the allotment order or joining report.
Please Do not insist for fee payment or submission of original certificates
immediately as candidate may participate in counselling on 28/07/2015 and
29/07/2015.
All reported cases shall have to be entered in the joining details link
provided in the college login latest by 26/07/2015 positively as explained
in Guidelines to Colleges
If fees and originals are already collected allow the candidate to participate
for counselling on 28/07/2015 and 29/07/2015 and return the originals and
fee collected in the event of student getting realloted to another college by
the
Convener
in
the
ensuing
phase
of
counselling(28/07/2015&29/07/2015).

 If a candidate fails to report in the allotted college after self-reporting those

cases will be treated as vacancies.
If the candidate has reported at the college but not reported through selfreporting system, he/she should be advised to report through self-reporting
system also.

FOR ATTENTION OF CANDIDATES:

All the Candidates who have got provisional allotment in earlier Phases have to report through
Self Reporting System and then Physically report in the allotted college on or before
25-07-2015. and no need to submit originals or fee, otherwise the seat allotted earlier stands
cancelled.
