NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that on 10th
August 2015
MONMOUTHSHIRE
COUNTY COUNCIL
intends to make an
Order under S14 of the
Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984. The order is
proposed to facilitate
carriageway resurfacing
works. The effect of the
order will be to close
the R122 at
Shirenewton.
Diversion: Travel in a
North Westerly direction
along the R122 until its
junction with the B4235.
Travel in a generally
Easterly direction along
the B4245 until its
junction with the A466.
Travel in a Southerly
direction along the
B4245 until its junction
with A48. Travel in a
South Westerly
direction along the A48
until its junction with the
R122 and vice versa.
The Order will come
into force on the 10th
August 2015 until no
later than the 6th
September 2015.
By virtue of Section
16(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 a
person who
contravenes, or who
uses or permits the use
of a vehicle in
contravention of, a
restriction or prohibition
imposed under Section
14 of the Act shall be
guilty of an offence.

NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that on 22nd
July 2015
MONMOUTHSHIRE
COUNTY COUNCIL
made an Order under
S14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984.
The order was
proposed to facilitate
the construction of a
new rail bridge. The
effect of the order will
closed Station Road,
Caldicot.
Diversion: Travel in a
Northerly direction
along Station Road until
its junction with the
B4245. Travel in an
Easterly direction along
the B4245 until its
junction with Blackbird
Road. Travel in a
Southerly direction
along Blackbird Road
until its junction with the
unnamed access road
to Caldicot Station and
vice versa.
The Order came into
force on the 22nd July
2015 until no later than
the 13th January 2016.
