Intuit-Results Achieved: For major 500 Software Manufacturer and Distribution company
Served as a senior consultant and integration architect and designed and implemented the AIA/SOA
technical infrastructure and integration framework that was a key in providing the corporate common
AIA/SOA platforms, service engines and integration services across all of their divisions. This
achievement involved the re-engineering of all business units processes and and establishing the
integration points using the Oracle BPA tool. Implemented the integration of 6 Oracle PIPs and
managed the team that concentrated on the Order Management life cycle endeavor.
Thus, the company cash flows (5%) and profitability operating margins (4%) were increased based
upon its new execution SOA/AIA services and architecture.et all Key Performance Indicator goals.
Adecco -Results Achieved: For major 500 Employment Services organization, architected, designed
and implemented the SOA technical infrastructure and integration framework that was a key critical
success factor in achieving the consolidation of all of their overall business units strategies. This
achievement involved also the re-engineering of all of Adeccos business units processes and all of
its supplier and partner interfaces. In addition, the new technology that was implemented modernized
the way Adecco was doing business, internally and externally on a global basis with its partners and
customers. The overall ROI for the project was 33 million.
Dell- Results Achieved: For major Fortune 50 Computer Manufacturer organization led the business
transformation and architecture framework endeavor of its Order Management, Accounting and
Billing processes. Created, designed and implemented a new ERP architectural Framework Thus,

DPI- Results Achieved: For major food-distributor, Led the Architected and re-engineering effort for

transformation and architecture framework initiative and implementation for its Order Management,
Car Production and Vehicle Logistics delivery management. Created and implemented new 9 layer
architectural Framework was created in order for all of its divisions to communicate and collaborate
effectively during the car life cycle operation. The end result was that the order management
volumes and processing capabilities increased 25% and the car production assembly line production
increased by 12% and the dealer vehicle delivery process was streamlined by 8%
HSBC -Results Achieved: For major Fortune 100 Banking organization led the creation and
implementation of greater security controls over their entire global business operation. Fraud was
decreases by 55% and the business improved by leaps and bounds because of greater renewed
customer confidence. With the new authentication and authorization and entitlement provisioning
systems in place, the banks IT environment and applications were safeguarded. By developing and
implementing intrusion prevention and detection systems, hacking and phishing were almost
completely eliminated from outside attackers, This activity resulted in lowering the individual account
theft loss ($4M) for the bank and the overall bank risks were minimized by 20%
JP Morgan/Chemical Banks- Results Achieved: For major Fortune 100 banking and brokerage
organization. Designed ,developed and implemented new front office, middle office and back office
trading systems
In all business cases the banks and brokerage companies volumes increased by (100-200%) ,

KAR automobile Auction company- Served as a Data Management and Data Integration lead and Data HUB
domain architect and developed the architecture designed and implementation of the integrated data
platform that cut across several organizational units.
This system required that all data within the 6 internal divisions and 12 external sources flow through the
SOA/ESB data integration hub and then be processed by the Master Dealer MDM repository and then
by the CRM on demand application and infrastructure cloud system that replaced Sales Force.com
(Sales Management & Marketing campaigns/Promotions & Leads Generation) functional processing.
The data management endeavor consisted of Vendor, Product and Customer Hierarchy Definition; Mapping
of Item, Vendor, and Product Masters; Data Governance, Data Quality and Master Data Strategy activities
This endeavor required massive account data clean-up and the match/merge de-duping of duplicate
accounts on 74 files and 12 data bases. Informatica s ETL tools were used to create the DW data bases
from source interface applications systems.BI retrievals were done from the aggregated cube data.as well.
The system data match/merge process involved using multiple composite matching keys, business survivor
rules and business processing conditions, decisions and actions.
Researched and implemented many advanced technologies and Cots products into the total systems
solution.
Massive data mapping and transformations were involved and done for this high volume system
Hundreds of web services and Objects, APIS and special connectors were developed for this batch and real
time system Developed the Data Management Strategy and Plan and Governance procedures for big data
movement which entailed horizontally scaled storage and parallel and vector processing computing fabric
