RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

I have worked consistently for the last 6 years since qualifying in architecture
practices. During which time I have built up a skills base in managing projects,
building control and planning aspects.
I am familiarized with the process of concrete construction, on site and on site
safety, according EU laws. Furthermore, I am capable with land surveying,
tendering and pricing building projects. Overall, my goal and working style is
to work efficiently in order to deliver the best solution for the client but also for
the employer.
I have recently moved to the UK and I have been studying the planning and
building control laws in order to begin to work with practices here, but also to
apply them in a redevelopment and selfbuild project with my partner. I am a
fast learner, hard working and dedicated to my job.
I thrive in productive and well organized working teams, also providing
reliable feedback and ideas, while not been afraid to take initiative when
necessary, valuing the benefits and the consequences, beforehand.

ABOUT ME

I am a person who needs his mind to be intrigued. Either with DIY, amateur
computer programming or amateur astronomy. Very often, I enjoy a good
film, a good book or a good conversation. Only a walk in the nature, a swim,
a dive, a bicycle ride or traditional (no matter which tradition) dancing will
take me out of the house.
